Very comfortable, clean, and cozy tiny house with plenty of room for our family of 3! We could have easily slept 4-6 people in our tiny house. Check in/out was a breeze, bedding was soft and comfortable. Unit had a full size sofa plus a love seat so plenty of hang out space! The only slight downside is that the unit is located right next to the main Hwy 191, so traffic noise could be heard from inside the unit, but we were not overly bothered by it. Great place! We would definitely stay here again!

The property is just 10 min outside of time and the views from are spectacular. Especial the sunsets from the loft window. There was enough room for our family of 5. The site is very quiet, we used the laundry facility which worked great. The only issue was the low ceiling in the shower.

We (two 66 year-olds) stayed in this tiny house for 4 days in October and loved it. I am obese and worried about a tiny house (much as I wanted to stay in one). No problem here. This house is like a big hotel room, with a kitchen-living area, a well appointed bathroom, and a small bedroom with a queen size bed. Because the ceilings are high in the living areas, and because there are plenty of windows, we didn't feel cramped. The living room furniture is made for adults--very roomy. There is also a 4-seat table. The kitchen is well appointed with a 4-burner stove, a full-size refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave, some counter space, and a good supply of dishes, utensils, and pots/pans. The bathroom is small, but the sink, shower, and toilet are adult size and it has a lot of storage space. The bedroom is the only room with low ceilings; it has a queen bed, two nightstands, a wall light on either side of the bed, and a pretty big closet. It is a squeeze to get in either side of the bed, but this is a tiny house... There are a couple of small issues, but not big deals: 1. while the location, just outside of Moab, is perfect, the site is not attractive. Funstays is located in an area with a lot of metal, abandoned cars, and RV parks. We had the hills on either side of us, but we also had RV parks, a noisy highway, and other tiny houses/RVs right next to us. That said, our site was just as attractive as motels outside of town and certainly less trafficked than those in town. The area felt safe. Just be prepared that you will not be in a park-like setting. 2. The air conditioning was noisy. My husband could not sleep with the bedroom AC on, so we slept in a stuffy room. We needed air even in October because the place was stuffy. 3. The bedroom looks onto a noisy highway and the traffic (and truck lights) are a 24-hour thing. So, no AC and windows closed at night. 4. The loft is difficult for overweight 66-yr olds: the stairs are steep, no handrails, you have to crouch on a mattress on the floor, and, of course, the bathroom is down the steep stairs. We didn't need it and most people understand that lofts are for the fit, so no big deal. We would stay again for the location (not the site itself), the appointments, the comfort, and the helpful staff. It is a cool, unique place. One can see how carefully it was put together.

Exceeded all of our expectations!!! The property was anything but tiny. Directly off the main highway; so close to everything yet felt like we had our own space to sit outside, grill and relax. An ideal home base for all our Moab adventures. The house was incredibly clean and well supplied!!! There was even laundry on site and the grounds were beautiful. The property managers were attentive when you needed them otherwise you never saw them. An absolutely perfect place to stay in Moab! Thank you we hope to be back someday.
