Really comfortable space for a couple of people! Great location for skiing.
The heat struggled to keep up on the colder nights, but the beds were warm.

Nice location to walk to local restaurants, hikes, and see the river. Easy access to highway 24 and adventures near homestake reservoir, camp hale, Tennessee pass, and down to Leadville. Open floor plan that works great with the windows open to cool the place at night. Perfect kitchen for simple meal prep. Wildlife sightings off the back deck. Outdoor seating options. Wonderful, responsive hosts.

A nice cozy private Apt in a wonderful little cozy town, with a nice scenic view of the mountains, including a backyard patio at the foot of a mountain. The host is extremely gracious and very accommodating, and the apt. is fully equipped with everything you might need. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We were in town for a wedding in vail and had a great time at this house. House was well stocked, clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. Owners were very friendly and were there to address any of our needs. Will definitely return next time we’re in the area!

We loved our stay here - the guest house/carriage house space felt very private and was perfectly appointed with anything we needed. The location is great, we enjoyed walking around town and the drive is short to Vail etc too. Lovely landscaping on the property and the hosts were great. Would love to stay here again.

The location and amenities were top notch. Beautifully appointed clean, quiet cottage with everything you can ask for (pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc.) off street parking space provided. The owner was super friendly and reminded us time and time again that if we had any needs to let him know. Excellent experience highly recommended!

The apartment was well stocked and very comfortable. Hosts responded quickly to questions and requests. Minturn is a great small town and we would definitely book this place again.

Absolutely Wonderful
Gregory's property was perfect. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and so convenient for skiing access. Gregory was friendly, helpful, and generous. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to ski (or explore the Rockies in any fashion) and who doesn't want to stay within the ski resort. Minturn is one of my favorite towns in Colorado, and this place is absolutely wonderful.
