The pool is heated year-round, so you can take a dip no matter the season. Beach lovers couldn’t hope for a better location; the nearest stretch of sand is just a 2-minute walk from your door. You’re also a 4-minute drive from Padre Balli Park. Hardwood floors are featured throughout the open living, dining and kitchen area with a laid-back beach vibe. The main living room has a sectional, club chair, and a 60-inch TV with cable and DVD player. A queen hide-a-bed offers a handy extra sleeping option. Head up to the second-floor living area and lounge on a full-size futon; enjoy some quiet reading time, or watch shows on the 48-inch TV. An open galley kitchen makes it easy to cook dinner and enjoy group conversation. Stainless steel appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator. A kitchen bar offers a casual spot for breakfast. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for everyone. On warm days, soak up the sun and eat outdoors in the fenced patio area featuring a picnic table and two Adirondack chairs. There’s also a large tote stocked with toys for the beach. On the first floor, a guest bedroom features a king bed and a 49-inch TV. We came across this listing and were impressed by the sleeping room, pics of the property, and the price was right. We arrived to find all restrooms & kitchen floors were dirty with debris. The stove door hanging open & wouldn’t close and wasn’t usable. We found in the reviews that the bunk beds had been changed to a full and was updated on listing after our reservation was made. There’s the murphy queen bed listed, but it was a instead a blow up mattress that apparently goes flat. Only 4 blankets in home. No blankets for any additional couch bed or Murphy air mattress or trundle onsite. We bought 4 blankets. The house took a good day for downstairs to cool down.. The upstairs never did cool down. Backdoor deadbolt still doesn’t lock…(also in reviews as fixed) the exh fan was out in the master bath, and the beds are so uncomfortable. Fridge started leaking on day 2, (Also listed as corrected months ago in reviews). Couldn’t get upstairs TVs to work due to no remote batteries. (Mgmt Note says guest need to provide) really?!? Even the TP is CHEAP! It’s a shame, we had friends staying in the same complex and they loved their place, which slept more people at a cheaper price. If the owners would put a little effort into fixing some of these issues, it could be nice. I highly recommend additional research on the reviews for both VACASA (prop Mgmt) and VRBO, or stay next door, and enjoy your vacation. On a good note, the pool was great & Great location near beach.

The beds are super comfortable, All of them! We slept great. House is decorated so nice and cute. Great TV in the living room. Loved the beach towels that were available for us. Close to the beach a short leisurely walk. Pool was nice also. Air conditioner worked great! Bathrooms were clean!
We did encounter some problems though, Counters were not wiped well, sand on table and a left over partial cake in the fridge. Door to condo would not stay shut without locking it and the porch light didn't work. Only one extra linen blanket. Oven door didn't shut and there was grease in the bottom. When we turned it on smoke billowed out the sides and top of the door filling the room. We were worried the smoke alarm would go off, it didn't. Called Vacasa and they sent Joseph over. He was great . Looked at it and ordered a technician to come fix it the next day. He also put batteries in the remote because it wasn't working. Meanwhile we realized the ice maker wasn't working. Next afternoon Technician comes, tells us that is the way oven doors work (8 women in our 40's-60's). When we told him smoke should not escape from the door area he told us "I am the professional". RUDE. He did however use a screwdriver to bend the hinges to make it shut a bit more. We did not use it again. Asked him to fix the ice maker, he looked and said there was no back on the refrigerator and tried to move some things but couldn't do it. He did however fix the front door to the condo so it would stay shut. Next day needed to do laundry, washer didn't come on, again called Joseph. He came and tried many things couldn't get it on. Overheard his conversation on the phone and realized the technician was not from VACASA but was the owner's choice. Joseph offered to take our laundry and have it cleaned, we declined but asked for fresh towels and they were delivered quickly. These things will hopefully be fixed and the rating will go up for new guests.
As far as things about the unit, it could use some mixing/serving bowls and a cake spatula. shower on ground floor small. Not a lot of sink water pressure upstairs. It is not a bunk bed now but a trundle that takes the whole floor space if used. Also no pull out in the couch down stairs.
Again these are all fixable tings and had we not had a Charlie Brown experience it would have rated higher. I give Joseph from VACASA a "10" though he was always courteous and he tried to make things right for us!

Overall it was a good stay, plenty of room. The kitchen could use a few more items and none of the remotes worked for the TV but other than that all was fine!

Here is a list of 13 concerns we had with this Townhome…
1. Air Mattress deflated in the middle of the night.
2. Down stair remote did not work.
3. Margarita machine left dirty.
4. Coffee grinds left in the coffee maker.
5. Downstairs master bedroom mattress had a burn patch & stain in middle of bed.
6. Coleman lantern under the kitchen sink had rusty batteries. We replaced with new batteries, and it did not work.
7. AC was running warm at 78 degrees. Thermostat stated to replace batteries.
8. Soap pods in jar under the kitchen sink was not label. Dishwashing or Washing Machine pods?
9. Chip in large turquoise bowl in kitchen.
10. Two rusty cookie sheet pans.
11. Broken blue outdoor chair and large week in patio area.
12. No bedding for futon and murphy beds.
13. We had 13 guests and had 10 bath towels.
14. NO ONE RECTITY BEDDING AND TOWELS CONCERNS WHEN CONTACTED.

Didn’t have necessities to survive for week - sheets, towels, blankets, cooking items, an AC that actually cooled.

Had to go to Walmart and spend $300 just to stay somewhat comfortably.
Communicated with management - they told me to kindly be patient. I contacted them again. They said the issue was escalated. We heard nothing from them the remainder of the stay.
Terrible.
We will NEVER use Vacasa/VRBO again.

They were little things that are not working—like the light in the fridge, light below the microwave, the TV remote. I think you would have better luck calling the property management company with issues. I tried messaging them in the app and didn’t get a response. Floors and surfaces were grimy, but I imagine it’s difficult to keep a beach property super clean. FYI—there was a playard/pack n play in one of the closets, so you don’t have to worry about bringing one! The check in process was easy. There is a code for the front door lock.

We love this complex. This is the third unit we`ve stayed in and we enjoyed it. We had a lock issue upon arrival, but it was handled quickly. There were a few items in need of repair, specifically the dishwasher that didn`t work at all, but I`m certain that it was repaired upon our checkout. We love this complex. This is the third unit we`ve stayed in and we enjoyed it. We had a lock issue upon arrival, but it was handled quickly. From house being dirty and not cleaned to master door Upstairs locking us in was a horrible experience. Sand, white pet hair, roaches on stove while cooking, silver dog bowl under broken coffee table. (So we stayed up an hour sweeping and wiping down tables and counters) To my master bedroom door locking me in till maintenance came to get us out. They said son did it so no one could enter the room. Huge fire hazard!!!! Also front door lock had dead bolt in the inside and outside. So when I lock it inside someone outside could unlock. Just ridiculous that our house was u lock all night. Called mainland they sent someone out who just locked it with dead bolt and left. Didn’t solve problem so all our valuables and house was open all day until 9 at night when they came out again. They landed up putting a dead bolt on one side only I had to use a key to open door. Ants in bunk bed room so we try to kill what we could. Apparently by all the comments and feedback I am not the only one dealing with these issues nor have they addressed them to fix because still happening. Just embarrassed that I rented this house for my family and I didn’t even get to enjoy the trip. Problem after problem. They called and wanted to give me @ $35 for the so called inconvenience. That is a slap in the face with everything we went through. So they told me they would give me an additional credit of @ $50 another slap in the face. So I told them not playing ping pong game I wanted to speak to manager said keep lines open cause they would call me back. Still no return call. Please don’t waste your time and $$$ at this condo. They have good rating so I choose it but now regret reading comments even from 2-3 years ago. Everything they said is what I went through. So obviously they don’t care about fixing any of the issues with condo. Great Location
Place was great. Really close to the beach. Just right around the corner we were able to drive on the beach when we went. Everything was great. Condo had everything we needed. Coffee maker was a little hard to work at first :) but once we figured it out was all good.

Complete honesty
The rental was great at first but the after the initial report made to the management about cleanliness we noticed it wasn’t so clean the there were weeks work if built up dust and dirt in the living room the hose in the back started leaking profusely and caused water to enter the master bedroom. This was reported as soon as we found it but it wasn’t resolved until the next morning. Anytime you’d take a shower in the downstairs bathroom water would leak out of the wall afterward. One of the members of our party went to close the backdoor and the nob came off but this was easily fixed everything else was great. Just need faster response time on issues and better progressive maintenance.

Good place, excessive fees
The rental was very nice, in a convenient area, and fairly relaxing. There were some oddities, however. A couple of guests mentioned that the mattresses were very uncomfortable, and two of the beds were very loud when a person would roll over.
I personally did not have an issue with this, so cannot vouch for that.
We did find the price reasonable, though that is an illusion as the fees ($300 cleaning fee?) were pretty steep. Overall, we paid $590 per night for the place, which is a bit much for what you get.
As you can see from the photos, every chair in the kitchen is metal, and very uncomfortable. Two TV`s did not work, though the manager did finally fix them.

The beach in July
The property was fine. The cleaning personnel were great. The problem was that we had no electricity for 8 hours when we got there. Pretty much wasted an entire day. Couldn’t cook or really do anything—didn’t know if we were going to have to leave Supposedly the entire island was without power but the retail stores a block away had power. We also were without power for four hours the next day. Rolling brown outs is what it seems to be. Many other residents left.
Also the kitchen pots and pans need updating. The frying pans are scratched Teflon —need replacing and we only had about 6 forks. The ac was the biggest issue! Also there were no flashlights available. Luckily we had some in our cars. Also the stairs need some sort of line of demarcation where they turn. The top step turns and is dangerous—it doesn’t show up. Several people tripped. Great location tho ! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Wonderful Getaway
Great location near the beach. The pool was awesome as well. There were a lot of families around the area. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped (although the pans were pretty damaged). We had a ver comfortable stay!

A great place to stay
This vacation rental was clean and looks exactly as advertised. It met the needs of my family and friends; however, the living area is a bit cramped if you are entertaining a larger group. The only drawback to the place is the inflexible checkout time of 1000. No kidding, when the clock struck 1000, the cleaners arrived looking to clean the place. 1100 or 1200 would make it so much easier on the customer, who is paying over $600 per night after taxes and fees for this home. We loved the pool and being able to grill every night.

There was an issue with some electrical outlets in two of the bedrooms. Turnkey was quick to respond and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall I was satisfied with the place.

Happy Traveler
We had a wonderful weekend at the condo! We were there celebrating our mother`s birthday. The condo was the perfect location and size for our party of 7 adults. We were pleased that it was exactly as advertised and definitely what we were hoping for. It felt like we were right at home from the moment we walked in the front door. It was nice that Turnkey Vacations kept in touch making sure we were taken care of. We would definitely choose this home again the next time we are in the area!!!

Great location
My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The house that we rented was in a great location. If you want to be near the beach, this is the place to stay. This house had everything you needed in a home. If you love margaritas, the house came with a margarita machine and they also had a regular blender as well. It also had a high chair and a play pen for your little ones. It is a two-story and you do have to watch your little ones on the staircase. It did not have a gate to prevent the little ones from climbing up and down but I had a three-year-old that had no problem and waited for an adult to take him up or down. The house was clean, very well-maintained and like I said in a very great location!

Nice place to stay with quick access to the beach
This place has a set of pros and cons. On the whole, our experience was not bad.
Pros:
1. clean rooms and bathrooms for three families to stay comfortably. lots of towels,pillows and extra bedding available, if needed.
2.There were board games, video games and puzzles for kids.
3.five min walk to the beach. This is the main reason why we chose this property.
Cons:
1. Some of the kitchen utensils such as pans and oven tray are very old and soiled to a level where they have to be replaced. We also found lots of roaches in the kitchen.
2. Dishwasher doesn`t work well. We had to do the dishes by hand.
3. There is not much space to move around in the condo. It felt very cramped for 6 adults and 5 kids.you may feel claustrophobic if you stay indoors most of the time.
4. The pool is not heated. When we raised our concern, TurnKey associate mentioned its HOA who maintains pool temperature and Turnkey cannot do anything about it.
5.The cable tv wasn`t working well. neither were we able to chrome cast. Bummer!
