This was a decent apartment/guest house. It was clean, particularly the bathroom. I must say, however, that it was quite small. There was only one place to sit indoors on the cold day that we came. There was a screened area outside but it needed a little attention. Overall, the purpose for my visit was met and I had a clean space to rest.

My time spent at the studio was perfect for my short business trip to Waynesville. The location was perfect, nestled in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to downtown attractions. The place was clean and provided all of the accommodations necessary to make for a comfortable stay. The property was well kept and the communication provided regarding check-in/check-out as well as other necessities of the stay were superb. I have added this to the list of places to stay when I or my team members visit the area. Thanks!

This property is very convenient to downtown. It is exactly as described on the site. It is a small space, but it works perfectly for a couple who keeps busy and doesn't need to hang out in the place much. Very clean and well appointed.

Communication with host was very good. Host responded really quick to multiple messages. My wife feels like she needs to clean before we step into any rental, but when we arrived she was really surprised how clean it was. We will use this place again.

Stayed in the Marshall cottage while we were up to see the Fall leaves. Great space for 2, on the tinier side but we didn’t need a big place since we were out and about most of the time. Had everything we needed. Exactly as described, safe neighborhood, and very close to downtown. Would stay again!

What I wonderful place to sleep. Just what we needed. Safe and quiet neighborhood, easy access and oh so super clean! I never go without slippers away from home… here I felt I could. This cottage will be our first pick every time we visit NC. Close to all the activities and our family.

Cute little guest house that was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Would also be ok for a couple. The kitchen had a K cup coffee maker, microwave and stovetop. There was a shared courtyard between the guest house and main house. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee. There is also a fire pit in the backyard. Ample parking and close to downtown.

Clean, quiet, well equipped studio apartment. Loved the outside screened in porch to sit and have coffee in the mornings and wine at night. In a safe neighborhood within walking distance to town center with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars. We got to attend a farmer's market and street dance. Easy access to explore mountains, hiking, Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay again!

Check in was easy. Unit was clean, simply but adequately furnished. Bed was comfortable. Lovely surroundings- porch, fire pit and garden area. Nice walkable neighborhood and good shopping and restaurants nearby. Lovely stay.

The Marshall Studio was very cozy and had everything we needed for our short stay. We enjoyed walking downtown and in the neighborhood. The attached sunroom was grrat for having dinner and hanging out. We would definitely stay again...

This property was as described, but we wish that we knew it was on shared property with the owners. There were no issues with this though. It was great for the two of us and all amenities were as described in the listing.

Our only complaint was the bed was pretty uncomfortable and squeaky - fix that and this place is a gem!

It was pleasant. A couple of housekeeping recommendations. The bed was noisy, the sleeping pillows need to be changed out, the freezer needs defrosting, the a/c unit has visible mold/mildew and the inside closet needs some touch up.

Good location, just a few minutes from downtown. Beautiful yard. As mentioned in prior reviews the bed/mattress needs updating. Overall cleanliness needs some attention. The studio could use a few helpful accessories ( suitcase stand, door hooks, etc)

The cottage was perfect for a couples getaway! We spent 3 nights in the cozy cottage located less than a mile from downtown Waynesville. The cottage was clean and the property owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!
