The A/C inside the bedroom was not cold and it has a loud sound. It was hard to sleep with the noise. The TV inside the bedroom is not working well. It only has 1 channel. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. We were so worried that they might go inside our suitcase. My wife was so scared about the cockroaches. I addressed this to the Agent on our 2nd day, and she offered to either spray or put the traps inside the room. We refused to do the spray, coz it’s poisonous. There are some traps there already, so they are aware that there are cockroaches. They should have done that spraying before they rented the condo, For the high price we paid for 3 nights, it wasn’t worth it, we should get some money back. We even threw our trash (per their email), and left the place clean. If we knew this condo is like this, we should have stayed in a hotel and our room can get cleaned everyday.

Great location but some serious downsides. Bugs throughout kitchen, despite management fumigating on day 2. Both air conditioners were in poor working order and were only sporadically functioning despite alleged servicing during our stay. Furniture, appliances and walls are very worn, windows and doors difficult or impossible to open/close. Beach chairs were broken and dirty. Overall very disappointing. The management company was very pleasant and quick to respond to concerns re bugs and A/C, but not able to fix the issues.
