Located in North Las Vegas, this attractive condo for £63 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Fully renovated and convertible garage into a cozy and comfortable studio. For 2 people in a queen bed although a 3rd person might sleep on the couch (not as confortable, since couch is cute for seating mainly) or a third person can sleep in an inflatable twin matress. Also, guests have a separate and private entrance to the place with self check in. Our place It’s 20min to the strip and 10min to the Speedway. Shopping centers and restaurants are pretty close by as well. It has a full bath, a kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things to cook your food. Access fo WIFI, and a Smart TV with Prime, Disney, Netflix and other free channels. We like to respect your privacy, but If you need further assistance, we are a message away.

We absolutely loved our stay. The studio is very up to date and nice! Great communication from the owners! I would 100% recommended staying here the neighborhood is nice and quite prefect distance from the strip, beautiful area! Thank you!!!

My stay at the property was perfect: location, safety, comfort, amenities. All were wonderful. The room was so spacious and had everything one could want. I especially liked the natural light from the large window. I walked the neighborhood every day and felt very safe. Thanks for the ideal mini vacation. I will definitely stay again if I am in town.

Marisela has a beautiful and private owned studio, which makes it a really nice when visiting the chaos in Las Vegas Blvd. to come back and get a little piece of relaxation away from the strip. I couldn’t be more content. Wonderful place.

Thank you very much our stay was great the place was perfect for what we needed. Location was great easy to get to all the thing we did. The bed was comfortable. Only bad thing that I would have to say was the smoke detector was very sensitive. We felt bad for setting it off every time we made toast. But I’m sure there’s not much you can do about that other than have a plugin directly under the hood fan. Thanks

We came for the Taylor swift concert and arrived a bit earlier than expected- Marisela was so accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour earlier! She replied immediately when I asked. The studio was clean, well organized and functional for the small space and very homey. It’s in a very nice area with a quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!!

Nice compact but anyone sensitive to fragrances should ask host to unplug the three fragrance machines. Also all towels, sheets & blankets are quite fragrant. Great little place to stay for a couple.

I had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO for only a short amount of time on my way out of Vegas. Great communication from host and a very private and cozy spot in a cute and safe neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back one day!

I enjoyed our brief stay at the studio. We checked in late and had issues operating the AC unit. The host was very responsive and came to assist. Although the instructions were listed, maybe more details on how to operate the features of the unit would be helpful. My only issue was the AC unit being directly over the bed. We had to turn it off the first night due to the air blowing directly on our heads. The bathroom was a little tight, but functional. Took the decorative pillow covers off, would have preferred regular pillow cases.

This place felt fresh and modern - lots of light streaming through the windows. The air cooling unit above the bed worked well for us. The blue light in the unit can be a bit bright while you’re sleeping. Great stay - perfect for our needs.

I liked the fact that it isn't a hotel, but a private studio apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The covered parking was great for keeping the car cool.
