This 4 bedroom, 2 bath newly renovated home is centrally located just 4 min 30 sec walk to the beach on North Hutchinson Island on Florida's Treasure Coast. We have endless amenities, especially for the kids including our entertainment room; complete with a 8' regulation size pool table, kids games, bunk beds, 4k TVs throughout the house and our newest thrill.... RAZOR ESCOOTERS!!! That's right, ESCOOTERS are available for both kids and adults. (Rental fees apply. Please contact us for more information.) Enjoy our heated pool and our large pool deck complete with chaise lounge chairs, infinity chairs, pool toys, BBQ grill, beach towels, beach chairs and a cart to haul it in. Our kitchen has 3 ovens and is fully stocked with everything you will need to feed your family. If you are looking for real Florida luxury living, this home is for you! Close to shops, restaurants, various attractions, Palm Beach International Airport and most importantly, the BEACH!!! With a total of 3,793 sq ft of luxury to enjoy, now is the time for your family to celebrate with a Florida vacation. The layout is great for entertaining a large family or group and being together. The master is very private and so re the other bedrooms. Short drive to so much natural beauty!

Our two boys loved the swimming pool and the pool table so much! They were able to have fun, even when the weather wasn’t cooperating. The short walk to the beach, made it easy for them to collect seashells and ride their boogie boards in the surf.

We loved our stay and the neighborhood! It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool out back was perfect for our young kids! We even saw a gopher tortoise on our walk to the beach!!! The game room is a converted garage and we were not expecting that, but it had its own AC unit so it was fine. There are 2 bathrooms inside and an outside shower to use before getting in the pool.
The owners were wonderful and super responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had an amazing time at Petra’s Beach house! The layout of the house was perfect for our big family! The house had everything you need and more! We really enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave! One thing to consider is that the beach walk is longer than 4 minutes and I don’t recommend if you have older relatives or family members that have trouble walking as the path to get to the beach is long and ofcourse uneven as it is sand. We had an amazing time and we are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Our stay at Jonathan’s home was so amazing. The home is beautiful and it’s just a short walk to the beach.. Jonathan was amazing and available whenever we needed him or had a question. The pool was a plus and a great way to unwind after the beach.
The area was beautiful as well and we saw so much wildlife. Such a great place to spend time with family. We will definitely be back and we definitely recommend Jonathan’s home.

This location was perfect for visiting family. Beach access was great for us but not for our elderly parents in walkers. The home was plenty big enough for the 9 of us without being crowded, we did have to put a couple decorations up high while we were there because of little ones. Pool is great! All my questions were answered quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this home while on vacation. Plenty of room and the pool was perfect! There is only two things that can be said against this rental being the perfect spot. One, there is only two bathrooms. And with that many people things got pretty hairy at times! Secondly the walk to the beach was longer than four minutes. Well it was for the little ones and the older ones. While pulling a wagon with beach stuff.
The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and beautiful! The temperature in the house was cool even for me!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Only thing that needs to change is where you put the trash. Raccoons are bad at night and you’ll wake up to trash all over the place. Otherwise. Fantastic place

It was the perfect home for our family's needs! Nice decor, nice floor plan. Master is separate from other bedrooms. The pool was SO nice. The pool table was a BIG hit. They provided beach towels, lawn chairs and a wagon to roll it all the short walk to the beach. Jonathan was wonderful to communicate with and even brought a new toaster that happened to break. Wonderful! Thank you Joseph's.

Overall very well run short term. The location is great to get to the beach, we have family that live up the island so it was perfect.
Communication was excellent and the house is very inviting.
The listing is slightly misleading. It is a 3 bed 2 bath house. They converted the garage to a pool room with a bunk and pull out couch. Yes is is a 4th sleeping area but not a real bedroom. I did not look closely at the pictures to see the garage door tracks. Good area for teens however we needed the 4th interior room for a young child. Ended up using a blow up in the main living room. Not ideal but worked.
Also the scooters advertised are for rent. Not expensive at all but not available at check in, must be requested.
Pool was good heated nicely even during a cold snap.

We had an amazing time in this lovely house, we went on our family vacation. The house had a lot of space for a big family like mine and the house is equipped with everything that you need (from the kitchen supplies to the pool items). The house was well furnished and it was in a great location near the beach. Thank you, Jonathan.

Fantastic house for our family!! With 3 teenagers & 2 younger kids, there was never a moment of boredom. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The house layout worked great for our family (one with an electric wheelchair but we brought a portable ramp), giving places to gather or find solitude. I'm so glad we chose to stay here & hope to return again!!

Beautiful home close to the beach
Our family loves coming to Hutchinson Island every year and we had the opportunity to stay at Jonathan & Petra's home and we had a fabulous time. The home is spacious, extremely clean and has everything you may need for a family vacation near the beach, (Towels, bedding, pillows)
There are 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra large play room with a pool table, tv and extra sleeping beds. The pool area has plenty of lounging chairs, an outside shower and a BBQ for cook outs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need to cook at home (plate, cups, coffee maker, toaster, pots, spices, condiments, paper products, coffee, etc). Fridge is spacious enough to hold all your groceries and drinks.
The beach is 2 blocks away, easy to get to and the neighborhood is very quiet. You can easily take an afternoon nap without any interruptions.
We loved our stay and plan to stay here next year. This has by far been one of the best home rentals we have stayed at. Owners are attentive and easy to contact, although we did not need to because the home had everything we needed.

Nothing short short of AMAZING!!!
Our family stayed at Joseph and Petra’s beautiful beach home during Spring Break. Words cannot adequately describe this home. It is just simply beautiful and it was exactly what our family needed to refocus, reenergize and make so many wonderful memories as a family. The neighborhood is quite and the mornings in the back yard lanai and walks down to the beach reminded us of our visits to Hawaii. Cozy and comfortable, each room in the house is just amazing. The game room with its bunk beds will leave your teens clamoring for a spot to just hang out. The beach is as advertised with a sub five minute walk. The home is overstocked with everything you will need from kitchenware to linens. It has to be said, because of this amazing home, we feel like we are a part of Joseph’s and Petra’s family. What a Gem!
Amazing is an understatement! This rental house was super clean, spotless, and smelled so fresh inside! The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, we didn't hear a peep from the neighbors. It was just serene with the birds and ocean breeze in the air. The heated pool was to die for after spending the morning at the beach. The house is stocked full of abundant supplies, everything you could ever need, including items like tin foil, plastic food storage, high quality paper towels and toilet paper, and the cutest tissue boxes I've ever seen! Our kids loved the entertainment room. The best part really is the proximity to the beach, which doesn't allow public parking and so we essentially had the entire beach to ourselves. Well worth the price!

This house was perfect!! Clean, loved the layout. The pool was WARM!! I hate cold pools!!!! And it had 6 super nice pool chairs to lay out on. The check in process was easy. Communication was great about house details and nearby beaches/restaurant areas to visit. We stayed at this house for a pickelball tournament in Port St. Lucie. It was about 35 min away from the courts but there were courts to play at a nearby park only a 2 min drive on the same road as the house.
I would stay here again.
