About this house rental
You will have a Privet bedroom and bathroom with a French door at the end of your hallway. You will share the sitting room and kitchen area and pool deck. The pool deck offers a great place for breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine. Executive golf course my back yard. You will meet my rescue dog Harley. She’s an old girl. Friendly and quiet.

There was 8+ cockroaches, dirty dishes in the sink, tons of cigarette butts in the ashtray, and the pool had a nasty film over it. It took days for the owner to finally reach out to me and made it seem like the whole thing was my fault and refused to give me a refund.

Host was good. Location fantastic. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Loved the morning walks. Didn't use the pool.

This host should be BANNED from VRBO. The temperature is kept at 77. I stayed for 3 weeks and I was forced to kill over 10 cockroaches. Do not book this listing unless you have Raid spray.

The house was nice and clean. We had an ample bedroom and a nice bathroom. However, we were surprised to learn that other VRBO guests had rented another part of the house while we were there. The owner also lived at the house, but she was out of town the whole time we were there. It worked out fine because the other couple was nice and similar in age to us. However, there are no locks on the bedroom doors. If the other renters were not so good, theft could have been a problem or there might have even been the possibility of violence. We did like the house, but I recommend that the listing be modified to explain the situation and also that locks with keys or combinations be added to the bedrooms.

We were on a short trip to house hunt. We were made to feel very welcome. Both the room and house were wonderful. In the end, Shelley became our Realtor as well. If we need to return to look at more homes we will absolutely book with her again.
