About this condo rental
COMPLETELY renovated December 2021! BRAND NEW: Kitchen, both full bathrooms, paint, the couch with a pull-out bed, 65in Roku TV in the living room, and an amazing view from the 2nd floor in Summit! This will be one of the nicest condos in all of Snowshoe, so you do not want to miss it! Book your stay and enjoy this beautiful renovation along with the view and the deer guest who visit every day! Only a 5-minute walk to the slopes! 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1,100sqft, main level on Summit (2nd floor), completed renovated November 2021, and so many personal touches included to make your life easy, so you can relax and enjoy your mountain condo stay. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, guest bed 1 has a full bed, guest bed 2 has 2 bunk beds, and a pullout mattress in the living room. Can sleep 10 comfortably! Includes a grill and a quarter machine with deer food! An electronic keypad at the front door where you can let yourself in! You will receive the code the day before your stay. I am available by text, email, or phone during your stay. We do have a local maintenance man if there are any issues during your stay. Now please note, there is an additional fee of $50 per person per night if a guest is not reported within the reservation. Please make sure you report all guests within your reservation for your stay. Also note, the owner will be held harmless in the event of inclement weather or property amenities not working as they both may not always work in our favor and cannot be controlled. Thank you!

Kitchen is a game changer for us. Baking our own bread, and making pizza is our thing.
Things get better when you do it in fall's chilly everythings with a sunset overtaking kitchen windows and door. Nothing beats it
Solitude adds to the frame if you open the door: a deep silence void fills in from outside, to a kitchen warmed up by pizzas coming out the oven with wine and family.
Do it off season though. Hiked snowshoe's slopes during the day... No snow, no people, no senseless noise. Getting out to balcony with a drink to either starred night or a full moon (plan ahead). Nothing better than this to reset yourself

The host was amazingly responsive with any questions and was super friendly.
The views at this place were absolutely gorgeous with the fall leaves.
It was a great buddy's trip as we played golf at The Raven. Lost a lot of golf balls, but gained a lot of memories!

We have attended this event for years. The Summit has always been on the top of the list to try. When I came across the listing I knew this was the year and it didn’t disappoint!! Not far from the village but still peaceful enough the deer showed up every evening. The communication was great. The condo was clean!! and we all ENJOYED our stay!! Thanks again. We’ll definitely be back.

This place was great for a family! A little bit of a hike to the mountain to ski although if you don’t mind waiting for a shuttle it is definitely no problem. Make a call and a shuttle is at your front door within minutes. Lots of deer right out your back door. Would definitely stay here again❄️⛷️

We had a great weekend stay and a fun day of skiing, even though the weather did not cooperate. Good selection of restaurants at the resort, so we didn’t cook in much. Definitely recommend this condo. It’s is updated more than most. FYI for those skiing or hiking. Bring walkie-talkies. The cell service is. non existent on the slopes and on the roads near the village. Big issue when your group gets separated!

The property was just as pictured and perfect for our short stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus picks you up right outside the door and drops you off at the village. The gas fireplace was fantastic…we used it every morning and night. We all had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Austin's place for a 3 night ski weekend and the place worked out great for 2 couples and two teenage boys. It was well appointed and roomier than any condo I've seen at Snowshoe. It is across the street from the main ski area which is either a <10 min walk or you can catch the shuttle that runs every 15 minutes during the day or on demand at night. We cooked a couple meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The TV and fireplace made us cozy in the evenings and we were able to catch a beautiful sunset on a clear evening. I should also add that Austin is the most communicative host I've ever had with VRBO both before and during the stay - I felt like we were in great hands! Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing condo on Snowshoe Mtn. Modern and clean with gorgeous views. Quiet area right on the mountain. Shuttle picks you up from the door and drops you to the village. Warm and cozy. Great water pressure. Comfy beds. Fantastic manager! We had an awesome time!

This condo was perfect for our 3 night stay at Snowshoe! We had 4 adults and 5 children ages 3-11 and felt we had a large enough space. Perfect location, walkable to all the restaurants, shops, and slopes. The inside has been updated and decorated very well. We enjoyed our daily visits from the deer off the back patio! Would definitely stay again!

We were extremely pleased with the condo in Snowshoe. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We did some amazing hikes in the area and enjoyed a meal at one of the local restaurants. The view from the balcony was stunning and the abundance of deer was an added bonus! Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful views of the whole valley. Walking distance to the Wildcat grocery for any odds and ends. Wonderfully done interior, very clean and inviting. Bring quarters to feed the deer corn from The back deck! Great for family stay and play!

Spring Break 2022
Our family had a good time up in Snowshoe. We wanted to get to know the resort and the surrounding areas for future ski/board trip. While it did rain and dampened our snow adventure the condo was very cozy and comfortable — and quiet. We enjoyed several movies with the fireplace going. The space was super clean, beds were comfortable and the owner was quick with replies and information. It is a short walk to the Split Rock Pools and Grocery store. I highly recommend this unit.

Very clean, modern and not dated like a lot of other snowshoe properties. Had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the western side of the mtn. 5 min walk to the slopes and village. Great spot for families. The kids loved the double bunk beds. Austin was really good and fast with communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice mountain resort condo
This was a great experience! I’ve been to Snowshoe a handful of times before, but this was certainly the nicest place overall. Parking was super convenient. The condo was fully renovated giving it a fresh and warm feel (by comparison, so many of the other condos at Snowshoe are well overdue for a face lift). And to cap it off, the sunset views and family of deer that could be seen from the back door really just put the experience over the top! My wife and I are already planning our next visit, and definitely looking to book with Austin again.

Great place to stay! Very clean and close to everything on the mountain! Not only are you close to shopping and dinning, but you can’t beat the view after a long day on the slopes! 10/10 in my book!
