About this house rental
Located in Indian Shores, this charming house for £377 per night is a great choice for your next break. Directly across the street from the beach with 2 beach access points. 300 yds north or 300yds south. Great views of the gulf from the 3rd floor balcony. This 4-bedroom 3-full bathroom property can sleep 10 (8 Adults) Private in-ground heated spa, elevator and 2 car garage. Location Property is located in the mix of everything. Walk to Indian Shores Coffee or Salt Rock Grill. Pickle ball courts are a few blocks away! If you want to try a dive bar (and I mean dive) the best one around is located one block from the property. A quick drive north or south will offer you many different restaurants to choose from. Plenty of ice cream shops to explore. Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf is just up the road. Publix Grocery store & WalMart are 4 miles away. Clearwater is a 20 minute drive north. Tampa International Airport is 35 minutes away. Property Layout Walk in from the spa area and up to the main living. We have an elevator for all your luggage and groceries! On the main living floor you walk into the kitchen, off to the right is one guest bedroom with a queen bed and TV along with your own balcony. The main living floor has a laundry room with stack-able front loading washer and dryer. Full size bath on main living floor. Living room with 55" Roku enabled TV and dining area. Bar off kitchen has 4 benches for additional seating. Large balcony off living room has a new 8 top table. Continue up to the third floor and you have the master with beautifully remodeled en suite with closet, another guest bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and smart TV. Another bedroom with queen bed and a set of single bunk beds great for kids, friends and cousins! These bedrooms share a full bath with tub. ***Upon renting the unit, please send copy of your photo ID . Guests then will be emailed a rental agreement through DocuSign.*** ***When available, 3 day rentals with be charged an additional $50 admin fee***

Perfect for our mini vacation! Classy, very clean, & comfortable. Loved the hot tub, balconies, and location. The elevator and 2-car attached garage were a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again if we return to this area. Thanks Gerise for sharing your beach house with us!

Comfortable townhouse with plenty of room for everyone! Nice sidewalks for walking. It was cold and windy most of our stay but several got a nice walk on the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs and a cart for beach use. Highly recommend!

Our visit to the St. Pete area was lots of fun, despite missing half of the family and chilly weather. The house was perfect; immaculate, comfortable and a great location. The weather made beaching and sunsets difficult, but have great potential later in the winter/spring. Many thanks to the Thompson’s for hosting us.

The house was even better than the pictures. We loved it and will definitely stay here again. Lots of beach chairs, toys coolers, cart and umbrellas. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. House is located between 2 public access points, near public parks and easy to access. Area was great not too crowded. Just short drive or walk to great restaurants. Host was very easy to deal with and the booking and check in process was a breeze. 5 stars for sure!

My friends and I came to celebrate my birthday. The house exceeded all expectations! It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach was just a short walk from the house. Excellent restaurants are in very close proximity to the house. Gerise was an excellent host and was very responsive.
If you are coming to Indian Shores, you will not be disappointed if you book Gerise’s beach house!

This house is in a great location! Not right on the beach but just one street over. The house has everything you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, towels, cooler, etc. There are great restaurants and bars within walking distance too. We would definitely go back!

We enjoyed every moment of our time in Indian Shores. The property was large enough to accommodate all 7 of us comfortably and the house was stocked with more than what we needed during our stay. The owners communicated well with us and we appreciate them sharing their home!

This property was far more than the pictures show! Our group was so impressed with the beauty of the home, cleanliness, and space! It is about a block from the beach aces point, but even with kids, it was an easy walk! They have everything beach related you could need! We will definitely book again!

We had such an amazing stay at Gerise & Steve’s property on Indian Shores! Gerise was super responsive to all of the questions we had prior to our stay & even allowed us to move up our check in time to fit our need. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean & had an amazing view. There are multiple fun places to visit within walking distance & not to mention, the beach access was just steps away! We would all highly recommend this property & Gerise & Steve as your hosts! We will definitely be back to visit soon!

The property was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of bedrooms for our family. It was clean and had a nice view of the beach from our bedroom. We did have one small issue and Gerise responded quickly and it was fixed in just a couple of hours. She was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

our family love the house! 5minutes short walk from the back of the house to the beach. We flew in from out of town, the house got enough beach chairs and umbrellas for us. what I love the most is how quickly the owner responded to us when we have questions. Have not have that experience with VrBO rental before. thank you for sharing your vacation home with us! We love the area and the house. We ll be back.

Perfect Beach House Getaway!
Our stay at the Blue Shore Beach House was perfect. We had the most amazing time. The house was spacious and large enough for the entire family to gather, cook meals, or just relax and unwind. It was just a short walk to the beach to enjoy the blue waters and sunsets. The provided beach buggies, chairs, umbrellas, and toys made it a no-hassle experience. The location is perfect. The very short walk to Indian Shores Coffee Shop for breakfast and Salt Rock Grill for dinner were great. Gerise and Steve were great hosts! They were very welcoming and responsive to any questions that we had. We are already looking at dates to return. Couldn't ask for anything else.

This house is amazing. Beautiful decor, location was great, fully stocked and all around wonderful! We stayed last weekend and had a great time. The owners were so easy to work with and I would highly recommend this property!

Renting this house was the first time I ever used VRBO. I was very hesitant at first because I’ve always used a realty company and didn’t know what to expect. My worries we’re quickly out at ease with the owners, Brad and Kristin!! From the beginning, they were absolutely wonderful!! I knew what to expect during my stay. I really appreciated the packet they provided with details about the property, places to eat and visit, and what items would be provided to us (huge help when packing for our trip!).
When we arrived, we were met with the red tide. The owners knew about the red tide before we did and even sent us other beach areas that would be safe to go to until the red tide passed. They didn’t have to warn us about the red tide or provide us with safer areas to go to, but they did. Out of everyone’s control, there was an issue the first day with the button to the hot tub. Brad and Kristin were very responsive with getting back to me and tried to troubleshoot. When the troubleshooting didn’t work, they were quick to work on resolving the issue and kept me in the loop with everything. The owners were very caring, helpful, and went above and beyond!! If we decide to vacation in Indian Shores again, this will be the ONLY place we will stay at!!
The house is really in the perfect place! For groceries, you only need to go a mile away at the Winn Dixie. Prices were a lot cheaper than Publix and the staff were very nice. There is a coffee shop at the end of the block, but I preferred the Dunkin Donuts that was less than 2 miles away (it’s a nice walk in the mornings). There is a seafood market right before Dunkin Donuts that has great tuna steaks and shrimp. If your like my husband and I that enjoy having a miniature golf competition, you can walk to one a little over a block away. Everything is a nice walk away or a short drive. The beach access is very nice. There is a little park across the street from the beach access that has a place to rinse off at. The house is also stocked with beach supplies! The chairs, cooler, beach towels were a God send!! Everything about the house met our expectations and more! The house is tastefully decorated and the rooms are very spacious. Nothing in the house seemed like it was a rental. It’s well taken care of and is very welcoming. The area is very quiet and the locals were very nice. You will not be disappointed choosing this house for your next vacation! Brad and Kristin have definitely raised the bar! 🙌🏼
