Fully Furnished Cedar Cabin resting on stilts among the trees with a huge front deck with patio furniture and a BBQ Grill. The back porch has furniture and overlooking the woods with hammock and creek. There is a Campfire Ring and Firewood provided for your roasting marshmallows and campfire enjoyment. A short hike about 1000 feet back to Lake Lewisville through the trails in the woods and a short walk or drive to West Lake Park. 1 mile to boat launch. 3 Bedroom 2 Bathrooms just remodeled rustic decor. Full kitchen with all the needed cooking supplies and spices and some sauces. Lot’s of board games, puzzles, Corn Hole and washers. It can be a short term rental daily weekly or monthly rental. Property is over 1 acre in the Lake Dallas Hickory Creek area. 1 Queen Bed 1 Full Bed and 1 Twin Bed that can be converted to King. With 2 decks with seating on both. New Central AC/Heat, New Windows, New Water Heater, New Floors, New Paint. WiFi, New 55 inch Flat Screen for Streaming, Washer and Dryer. Includes water, sewer, trash, internet & electricity. This property is part of the Lake Dallas RV Park.

This cabin was AMAZING! The location was perfect. It is located in the woods, yet not far from town. The beds were so comfortable. We loved having a fire every night in the cabin. Enjoyed the smores and hotdogs on the outside fire. It was myself, wife, 2 kids (10 and 7) and my mother-in-law. Great amount of space for us all. Our kids enjoyed playing outside and exploring the area. They really liked the hammock. Try the new Italian restaurant down the road, Romas, delicious!

It was such a peaceful and beautiful location with plenty of outdoor area full of oak trees. My daughter and son in law with their baby joined my husband and I and we were all very comfortable. My husband and I played corn hole, and we all walked to the park across the street and made memories there. We invited 6 friends for breakfast one morning and we all felt we had a great time. We had almost all our meals at the cabin, which is a big plus for us. We are very thankful to the host for VRBOing this cabin!

Cabin was clean, and very spacious! It was decorated for Christmas, too! And with plenty of firewood to give it a comforting feel. The fire pit outside was welcoming for our s’mores and family time. Host was responsive and gracious!

Grandkids time was perfect. We were close to the state park so they got to fish and paddle around in the kayak. At the cabin we did games and puzzles, took walks in wooded area and enjoyed the evening campfire.

Peace and quiet was what we were looking for. Listening to the birds chirp was really nice. 2 best restaurants in town was Elm Fork and Don Camilo Italian. Would rent again!!

From the location just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. Great place to unwind from the days travel. Quiet and serene. Very clean and well kept. 10/10 would stay here again.

Fantastic End To Family Vacation
We traveled down to Texas and stayed in a few different locations as we visited different spots. This was our last stay on the vacation and was exactly what we needed. It was peaceful and quiet. The day bed turned into a KING was the perfect size for our 3 kiddos to sleep on (9yrs, 5 yrs, and 3 yrs). We LOVED how the woods are literally off the back deck and provided a little hiking to a lake nearby and more trails.
The owner surprised us with a firepit already set up and a kit for hot dogs and S'mores during the stay...another BIG win for the kids!

We recently spent a long weekend while in town for a wedding. The cabin was great. The hosts added little extras like toiletries, games, smores, etc. Too bad we were too busy to enjoy the nice outdoor area and fire pit. Great location for everything in the area.

The cabin had great outdoor spaces to enjoy with two deck areas and more adjacent private space for campfires and lawn games as well as adjacent trails to the lake. The decor was very clean and cozy. Communication with the host was excellent!

The place is nice the bed in the master was to difficult to sleep on, rhumatoid arthritis and hard bed, just couldn't sleep on it. The second bed rm the bed is definitely better. the outdoor areas absolutely gorgeous, close to shops restaurants and freeway. Nice host takes good care of tenants an his place.

My wife, dog, and I needed a place to stay while our house was being renovated. We chose this cabin. What a great choice.
We stayed 12 nights and we were very comfortable. The house is exactly as described. It is a very nice three bed room. Here are some key things we loved. The stay was in January. So the indoor fireplace was very enjoyable. The fire pit outside was fun also. The TV is a very modern Roku TV with all the apps loaded. We choose to send content from our IPad which it also supported. The kitchen was very nice with full size kitchen appliances. The host is also very responsive. We were very comfortable here.
Outside the cabin had easy access to a 2 mile round trip trail along the Lake Lewisville in a park. We enjoyed this walk everyday. It was a special favorite of our dog. Additionally, there is a small city park across the street which provided another good place to walk a dog. It also has playground equipment and a small basketball court. There are also many restaurants nearby. I was a fan of Romanos Pizza delivery!
All in all for what we were looking for the cabin was the perfect choice. I think it will be a perfect choice for any other reason too.

good retreat
we brought our kids here to merge some urban outings with a cabin feel. Bryan is an excellent host. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Come make some smore's and enjoy a quiet weekend!
