The space comfortably sleeps up to four guests (1 king bed/ 1 queen size American Leather sleeper sofa) and comes with a kitchenette area with refrigerator, microwave, bar sink, and hot plate. Basic cooking utensils/equipment are provided. The garage makes up the first floor of the townhome, the studio is on the second floor, and I live on the third level. I share access to the stairwell and garage where the washer and dryer are located. Note: This space does not have a full range/oven.
