Enter this upper unit of this duplex and you will find yourself in a corner ocean view great room with slider access to the ocean front balcony. From comfortable cluster seating in the living area you can watch the large TV with the ocean view in the background. The great room also has a separate ocean view dining bar with stools and there is also a dining table in the middle of the well-furnished modern kitchen that has everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs. Everyone can easily eat together here. Just add the food and the camaraderie and you are all set. There are lots of fun things to do in Newport Beach with attractions focused on families, couples, or trips of solitude. Outdoor enthusiasts will love miles of hiking and cycling trails, surfing, and sailing. With the largest recreational harbor on the west coast, Newport Beach activities are abundant. This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival. This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE02160171 If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The view and location of this unit are second to none. However the unit needs ALOT of repairs and updating. For the most part it was clean - just needs a good handyman. Very outdated. Reminds me of a spring break rental for college kids. It served its purpose and the location and view were amazing- just don’t expect much- as many items in home are broken.

Wonderful location accurate to listing. Coin laundry in garage. Nice place on the sand very clean and comfortable. This is out 2nd stay and we will be back!

The location is awesome. The owner has clearly not maintained this house because there are several things that don’t work and need to be repaired. They maintain it to the bare minimum. However, the beds are very comfortable and the management company did a nice job of keeping it clean. Overall, our trip was awesome and super fun. The house is just a little dumpy.

We had a great week in Newport staying at this house. It’s on the second floor which is good and bad. The bad is the balcony is a little small. (This was not that bad because it was still big enough) the great was the view of the water! We listened to the ocean all day and night. Everything was close. We parked our bikes in the garage and parked the cars at the airport. We did not get in the cars again until check. We biked and walked every where. The grocery store is about a half mile away, great place! I’ll book it again. 8 adults my wife and I and our three grown boys and their significant other. And we are not small people.

Beds were so comfortable, perfect location, lots of towels and chairs to use, so many windows to enjoy the view. Loved the property.

We had a great time at this property!! Right on the beach is hard to beat. Walking distance to the pier and shopping/farmers market/surfing/bike rental.

The location right on the beach was great…. And that’s the only thing. The house itself was a major dump and looked nothing like the pictures. Everything was dirty and broken. We literally had multiple maintenance people out every day because the toilets didn’t work and none of the TVs did either. The deck looked to be falling apart and rotten fruit was shoved under the kitchen cabinets. The utensils in the drawers and many plates looked like they’d been rinsed off and that’s all. This place was super gross and I would not recommend for the price. Being close to the sand was great but you might as well stay in a tent. Also left a couple items behind and was told we’d need to pay to get them back.
