Because we went in July ( hot and humid) the pool saved us. The back yard is the best part of this property. The place was perfect for 3 people. I would have loved a 1/2 bath added but we made it work. Everything was stocked wonderfully. We did not have to get anything like soaps, trashbags, etc. The full size washer and dryer was the best since we packed light. I would totally recommend this place to others. The only thing I could not find was a top sheet for all the beds. I sleep warm so a thin sheet would have been nice. Thank you so much for sharing your home to us.

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. It was very clean and easy to communicate with the owner. The pool and hot tub was a fun addition to our trip to the beach. Would definitely come back again.

The backyard was absolutely wonderful. Pool and spa were in great condition. 5-10 minutes from everything in Delray. Francisco did a great job at communicating and helping us with anything we needed. My wife and I would love to come back.

What a wonderful VRBO!! We honestly couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. Location was perfect as it was close to everything. Traveling with little ones, there are certain things you need/look for in a house and this had it all! The backyard with the pool and hot tub was awesome for the kids and us adults. We used it everyday even on the days we went to the beach. Beds were comfy and the blackout shades made a big difference with the kids sleep. Francisco was great and very responsive!! Will rent again if we come back to Delray!!

We had a great stay, the house is very cute and cosy and the garden and pool are wonderful and very relaxing. We had an issue with the fridge which didn't work properly, but it all turned out OK and Francisco and Elena were very responsive to our questions. The beach is close and very beautiful as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! There were a few quirky things that I wasn't sure about at first, but they totally worked out in the end and we really enjoyed it. Our favorite things: The backyard - the whole yard is great! From the landscaping to the pool and hot tub to the lounge chairs and table with a huge umbrella. It is really planned out well and we loved spending our time out there. We even had our kids shower for the night in the outdoor shower before we went inside and put on pjs or got dressed. The beds - I slept in the master king sized bed and it was super comfortable. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and that is certainly not a given, so I was really thankful. I also loved the ceiling fan (I even sleep with them on me in the winter). My kids and mother in law slept in the bunk bed and they were very comfortable too. The TV - There is a very large TV in the living room and we really enjoyed watching the NCAA basketball tournament on it. The location - We loved being able to wake up and walk to the nearby bakery. My husband really appreciated the lit palm trees during early morning walks. It was also an easy drive to the beach and parking was fairly easy. Quirks (that ended up fine) - small under counter refrigerators, 1 bathroom for 3 adults and 2 kids was a little tight, a squeaky bunk bed - only an issue if you get up at night - bring sleep machine :) Written instructions for indoor shower would be helpful. Overall, really loved the house thanks!

We had a great stay! The outdoor area is perfect and its what we enjoyed the most! Franscisco was really quick and efficient to respond to our questions.

Comfortable Apartment and Nice yard

The good: The backyard is beautiful and the pool is wonderful. We spent most of our time at the house outside. The bad: The kitchen cupboards need to be purged and then started over… There was a mix of cleaning supplies, dried foods, plates, plastic baggies.. with no organization at all. The dishwasher was not emptied for us so we had to put the dishes away when we arrived. The toaster was broken. The double bunk bed is metal and squeaked terribly. The listing indicated there were 3 bedrooms when there are only 2. There is a sofa bed in living area but this is not a bedroom

While the pictures of this property speak for themselves we were thrilled to find that the home far exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and very well appointed including a large ice maker in the kitchen which was a great bonus! The back yard is a true gem offering a private oasis while still being just minutes from the beach. The outdoor shower also proved to be extremely convenient after a swim or hot tub. Communication with the owners was prompt and easy. We would also add a special thank you to our host Francisco who was more than accommodating when we had to shift our dates due to a last minute family matter. Looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful home.

We had a nice relaxing stay. The home was clean and we loved the pool and hot tub. The beds were super comfy. The owner was accommodating and responded promptly to all requests. We highly recommend this property!

When we searched for properties, we started with a pool and worked from there. But we feel really lucky to have found this home! The heated pool and hot tub were kept immaculate, in a very inviting fenced-in back yard with places to lounge and/or dine outside. Inside had all modern amenities, great design, very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. And we have a new leader for most comfortable beds—-we’re going to be asking Francisco and Elena what kind of mattresses they use because we’re getting one. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Location was great, so close to everything in Delray. Highly recommend!

Overall a great rental. Good location (short drive to everything, walkable to publix and cvs), extremely clean, perfect for 2 adults and 2 young children. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The backyard was the highlight, nice big pool and well manicured. Why I rated this great place 4 stars: outdoor shower doesn’t drain and AC difficult to control (controlled remotely and seems to be pre-set). There’s also serious construction next door which was noisy at times and brought a lot of dust/residue in the backyard but it seems to be winding down (obviously the owner has no control over this - we mentioned it to him and he was very understanding, you can tell that he really wants you to enjoy the property). I would recommend staying here.

My husband and I were visiting a nephew graduating from FAU - so if you cannot find anything good in Boca then this is a great spot - it is maybe 15/20 min tops and it's a nice ride over. This location is also really close (5 minutes) to all the restaurants on Atlantic which is fun and busy so make your reservations ahead of time! The house itself - clean! i can easily get the heebie jeebies and did not at all i even walked around barefoot! The pictures definitely make the house look larger then it is but i think thats with all real estate photos - it is however, the perfect size for a couple or a family of 4 or 5 with children 16 and younger but it won't hold much more than that comfortably. You can tell the house had a makeover and they did a great job with it - cute and current. The backyard is a real treat - you have an outside shower which is amazing always who doesn't love an outside shower. The pool is great a perfect size - has a really low portion (maybe a foot) great for kids and if you want to stay cool in the water but not be submerged. Hot tub is a plus of course but it does take a bit to warm up but not long enough to be a deal breaker by any means. The one annoying thing about the yard is the bugs in the pool - nothing the owners can do about that - but they did suggested we turn the pool lights off to help deter the boogers. If you have a pool like we do you get it and it is more annoying then anything else but again by no means a deal breaker. The backyard could use a few more seats in the backyard and a landscaper who can clean out the leaves before visitors. The only other negative i could say was kitchen stuff - toaster didn't work well, not the best utensils to cook with but we were out most of the time so it didn't matter for us so much. Overall i would give this rental a strong 4 stars and would 100% rent again from them - the owners were both kind, accommodating and attentive. Super easy to work with. PS - i was hesitant because there was not a picture of the house in the photos and when I asked Francisco and Elena said it was for security - in hind sight i appreciate that for sure. They have the house well lighted and the number is clearly displayed in the front.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s location is prime! Right near Pineapple Grove, Downtown Delray and about 5-7 minutes to Boynton Beach which we love! The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The backyard is literally a tropical paradise! Looking forward to another vacation at this home in the future

We had an amazing time! The pool/hot tub and back yard were by far the highlight. It’s gorgeous and so relaxing! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! We have 3 kids 4 and under and we all fit comfortably. They also have a pack n play which was so nice that we didn’t need to bring it. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive when we had questions. We got to meet them one day when they cleaned the pool and they are lovely. Highly recommend! One thing to note is the George bush bridge is under construction right now so you must walk over to Atlantic and down to the beach which makes it close to 1.7m Vs 1 mile to the beach. We didn’t mind but worth noting! Great restaurants just .8miles away in Atlantic. Highly recommend el Camino if you like some good Mexican!
