We love this place, my son enjoyed it a lot. The condo is in a great location nearby for everything he needed. The view was excellent from the balcony, perfect to see the sunset in all its splendor. Everything was in order and very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Had a great time swimming in the pool. The staff was very cordial and attentive.
The owner gave us guidelines and everything you need to know in the condo, very nice person, easy to communicate with, and responded immediately. Captain Bob, Thank you so much!

Our stay was amazing!
The property was well maintained. Pool was wonderful. The little beach was great did a lot of snorkeling. The view was amazing from the condos balcony!!! Mark was great, open communication. The condo is beautiful! I cant say enough about how amazing the condo was and the whole experience was from check in to check out!

This is a lovely property with a great view.It is well appointed with many thoughtful amenities. Our Early Spring Getaway
The condo was beautiful and the view amazing! We loved that the condo was centrally located to everything we wanted to do! If we didn't want to do anything for a day we would just go to the pool and in the evening walk to the beach where they have a fire pit and watch the sun set!!!! The owner gave us a letter explaining everything we needed to know along with the keys. We would stay there again in a heart beat! LOVED IT!!!!!

We had a great time staying here during mini lobster season. The condo was nice and we had a great time swimming in the pool. The view of the sunsets were amazing! The only downside was that we could not use a boat slip if we had brought our boat but that was made clear to us while booking. Very easy to book and Mark was quick to respond to all of my questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this great condo.

Property was great pool was nice fire pit was a great place to hang around late night the only complaint I had was in the pictures it showed a marina it had open slips and couldn't keep my boat there had to store it else where and use public boat ramp

The property is excellent, except for the toxic fumes from one of the boats.
Overall had a great time as usual. Owner is fantastic to deal with. Depending on the state of the Canadian dollar next year we may not be back. Our cost in U.S. dollars was $2,495.00 for the Condo, but that cost us $3,435.00 with the exchange rate. We also took a hit in motel costs for 6 nights return travel. If we did not already put a deposit down last year, we would have not returned this year. I feel the U.S. is going to loose quite a bit on the tourism trade in 2018. Very unfortunate as we love our visits there.

Great Condo for our Vacay!
Summer Sea condo is in a great location. We made day trips to Key West, kayaking to Indian Key, snorkeling, and a few bike rides. The gated condo is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and the pool is excellent!! The condo itself was great for my husband and I. Plenty of space and well-equipped kitchen. This was our first trip to the Keys, and if we ever get to go back I hope we can stay here again!

We loved our stay in this condo. Mark was wonderful to work with and his condo and the Summer Seas property exceeded our expectations. We make the trip to the Keys twice a year to go fishing and this condo completely fit the bill for all of our needs. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Mark was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish, from the ease of the rental process, prompt responses to my questions and inquiries, great restaurant recommendations, etc. We've rented many houses/condo's in the Keys via VRBO and this one has moved to the top of the list. I know that this will be our first choice rental when we book our spring fishing trip! Thanks Mark for a wonderful VRBO experience! We went to Dillon's to watch the game and had good food at reasonable prices and friendly service-thank you for the recommendation! We didn't make it to The O.V but did try The Whistle Stop and found it to be "our" kind of place as well with decent food, great drinks (no skimping on the pour here), very reasonable prices and Shane the bartender was extremely personable. If you're looking for the ocean or bay-view finer dining experience, neither of these places fit the bill but if you want to go where the locals go for some decent grub, a good drink and friendly service both Dillon's and The Whistle Stop should be on your list. Thanks again Mark for everything!

The rooftop is a perfect place to view the sunset. We had everything we needed to prepare our own meals as we don't do a lot of eating out. (There is a nice cafe right across the street, and a Winn-Dixie about 2 miles away). The bathroom is nice and roomy with a shower big enough for 2. :-) Mark is a pleasure to do business with. Thanks!

We were able to enjoy the sunsets every night and be able to be centrally located within the Florida keys to visit many different places. The kitchen was adequately supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and so forth. The in-sink garbage disposal seemed to have issues, so we avoid using it much. The only down side was that the hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable for our son. The springs are worn out and so it sagged. But, he survived! In fact, as we left, he said he wouldn't mind spending another week.

This is the best place we have ever stayed in the Key's. It is the perfect location. The condo itself is very well maintained, very clean, and well stocked with all the conveniences of home. Has a very tropical feel, and look that is a must for the Key's Mark is very easy to deal with and quick to respond if you have any needs or information. We are already looking forward to our next trip there!!! Perfect location for those beautiful Florida sunsets from the balcony or the private beach area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do some chilling out. Very good quality linens and towels!!!

The condo was clean and comfortable, ideally located. The view was spectacular, both in the morning and in the evening, beautiful sunsets. The grounds were well maintained, the pools very well kept. Many good restaurants
in the area. If you're into fishing, you won't find better than Islamorada.

This unit is in the absolutely perfect spot in the building. The community of Summer Sea is totally welcoming to new people. There is a meet and greet around the pool every Friday night, a pot-luck supper once a month, a wednesday night poker party, a daily water aerobics group (thanks Rob) and a feeling that you've been there forever. We stayed for a month, and were surprised (shocked!) when we realized we had to leave in two days. A real home away from home. Thanks for sharing Mark!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Not one complaint. Great view from deck, one of the best we've had. Very clean and well maintained unit. We love Summer Seas and this unit was perfect for our romantic/fishing get away. And Nov is a great month in the Keys. Fishing was awesome!

The apartment was clean, nice view of bayside with a patio for table and chairs. I was at a high school reunion so wasn't at the apt. that much. Didn't even turn on the tv; too nice of weather and view to waste on TV.

Mark's condo was outstanding. It was nicely decorated, neat as a pin, and very well-equiped. We could not have been more comfortable. Added to that, we could sit on the balcony and watch the glorious sunsets every night. The whole building was very well maintained with a lovely pool and landscaping. It was well situated on the key so we could enjoy snorkling, seeing the local sites, and excellent dining. We look forward to a return visit.

The condo was easy to rent, and obtaining & returning the keys was a snap. The owner refunded our security deposit in less than two weeks. Super accommodations. The condo is delightfully tropically decorated with taste. We knew we were in the Keys. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed & all furniture were comfortable. Bath was good and towel & linens were high quality. Very clean. We've been coming to the Keys since 1974 and this is one of the best places we've stayed. Balcony view is super: great place for morning coffee and watch the activity on the Bay. Awesome sunsets. The condo facilities were excellent. Good location for access to restaurants and other activities. No complaints at all...other than we had to return home :-(
