THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Large eat in kitchen with everything you need to cook including seasonings. 2 big bedrooms that have privacy from each other. They share the big balcony which has a table & chairs outside. Close to yummy restaurants. We highly recommend this condo. Management was wonderful & very helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice property. We loved the deck overlooking the ICW. Very clean property. Did notice that a few of the ceramic floor tiles were loose and cracked inside the unit. Was disappointed that we were not allowed to use the nice gym which nobody living at the building seemed to use. We were also denied access to the dock. Apparently the dock was reserved for property owners only. The pool was nice but found it somewhat annoying that no food or glass bottles were allowed. I understand the reasoning, but thought it to be a little overkill. Very quiet property, but probably more suited to a non-family type renter..considering all of the nitpicky rules and restrictions at the building. There were several signs posted stating was that if a hole was dug in their private beach they wanted you to refill the hole. I understand the reasoning, but reading this every time I entered an elevator made me feel that I was back in elementary school. If I would have asked more questions before I rented this property I probably would have chosen a less restrictive option. Other than all of that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations provided. I really liked that there was a private beach so you didn’t have to deal with crowds if you didn’t want. Quiet hours were from 9pm-9am and they were respected by all which was wonderful. Overall, a great stay.

We loved the quiet atmosphere with preschool grandsons. The pool was never crowded along with the small beach on the bay. The boys loved playing in the sand and chasing hermit crabs in the water. The condo was beautiful with plenty of space. It had a great view of the inner coastal waterway to watch boats and an occasional barge navigation the waters. The back balcony had a great sunset view.

No curtains on the windows to keep heat out so the whole unit never cooled under 75. Only one washcloth per bathroom Dryer will not dry clothes at all TV in living room would not come on and the sofa bed is horribly uncomfortable even for kids Floors need to be steam cleaned Locks on 2 bath doors broken Picture on add shows blue water, but water stinks like fish water and too nasty to get in it Absolutely horrible rental with no luxuries

Wow! Great rental property & location. Everything from unloading, parking & entry, went easily and flawlessly! Superior level of cleanliness & accommodations. Everything we needed to relax and recharge ourselves was provided. We are looking forward to staying here on future vacations. Thank you!

The property was great but since it was cold, we would have liked some blankets. We did not want to run the heat high at night and would have liked some blankets, so we did not have to.

Beautiful views for sunrise and sunset looking over Ole River. However, there was no living room with a good view nor a nice common area for all of us to congregate. Had two bedrooms with balcony however the third sleeping area was the living room with a sleeper sofa and a small window looking out at the passageway for all the units on that floor.

Besides being a lovely well maintained apartment, the view from the bedrooms were absolutely wonderful. We had one small issue with the clothes dryer and were amazed to find instead of going to an automated system that someone responded immediately. Vacasa does an excellent job and provides local help where you're staying. Would highly recommend again.

The best thing about this place was the view of the sunset from the bay. We watched dolphins come in and survey the area 🐬🐬🐬

The condo was very clean and just as described. Someone called to check on us - we had noticed the blender didn’t work when making smoothies. ( but is t wasn’t a big deal we had a mini one of our own) The next day when we came in there was a brand new smoothie maker on the table. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Thank you ! The balcony view is so beautiful. We enjoyed watching all the boats and sitting down by the water (we actually spent more time there than the beach ) It is such a quiet and peaceful area and convenient to grocery stores and some great seafood restaurants . This is definitely on our top places to stay again. Looking forward to next time ! God Bless

Sailmakers Place 703 is a wonderful condo with a great view! The condo was very clean and exactly like the pictures! The beds are super comfortable. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing location. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I definitely will be booking it again!

Starting put by having the door code take 20 minutes to finally work. Walked inside to a broken door chain lock and one balcony door lock broke and unable to open that door to the balcony. Maintenance never showed up and I chose the place originally because of the fitness room advertised in the photos. That I was not able to use.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be that some type of window covering be installed in each of the 2 bedrooms for privacy and to block early morning sun. Other than that minor detail, everything else was perfect.

Nice and clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was immaculate, washer and dryer are quite convenient.

The bedrooms, facing west, have no curtains so if you have a hard time sleeping with light, bring a sleep mask.
