The deck is furnished with a bistro table for alfresco dining during the warmer months. This home enjoys a park-like setting. Summer guests can take advantage of premier fly fishing, as well as the many hiking trails nearby, and there are extensive hiking and biking trail systems just a short drive away in the Sun Valley area. Not only that, but the complex also features a modern seasonal pool and hot tub. You'll find tennis and pickleball as well. When it is time to settle down, there is a TV in the living area and bedroom and free WiFi to keep everyone entertained as the stars come out. Things to Know You are not allowed to park trailers or RVs due to the small parking lot. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle may be required to reach this condo in winter. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
