We found tue condo to be exactly as described. Fitnour needs perfectly for our ski vacation. Kitchen is well equipped, the beds and couch were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were in good order and clean. The cable TV was tough to figure out, but we brought a chromecast stocknsonwe could watch what we wanted. The wifi was strong. The shuttle to the slopes was convenient and prompt. Didn't really understand if the electric fireplace was supposed to produce heat, we were only able to get the fake flames to show. Would definitely rent again!

We had a great time during our stay. The place was clean, the wi-fi was very reliable, and the bus to the Snowshed Lodge stopped right outside the building. It snowed about 2 feet when we were there, and the building maintenance crew did a great job keeping the building steps outside and the parking lot cleared of snow.

This place is clean and well kept. Great transportation services.

Overall it was a great stay. Very convenient. Pool and hot tub were under renovations. Wish host had conveyed that info prior to three days before our arrival. Wasn’t willing to compensate us for this during this stay. Offered a free night next year but probably won’t be coming back to the area. Check in was 4. We arrived at 4:50 and had to wait for cleaning staff to finish before we could come in. Water in condo was not drinkable. Very salty. So bring your own water.

Host was extremely responsive and without asking sent a packet of information in advance with everything you need to know which was super helpful. The condo was exactly as described. We loved the huge cozy couch for playing games (we brought the games.) Beds were very comfy! And thank you for having k cups for us! Would definitely stay again!

From check-in to check out, it was an easy stay. Very close to Killington with a bus route taking you to the resorts main entrance. The only down side was the sauna was under construction, so no access to the hot tub but was obviously out of the owners hands.

So we were there during the Arctic blast this past week (-25 low,-13 high). Phil was a great host and the condo was nice pretty much everything that we needed was there. The only thing I would say is make sure you do bring bottled water not sure what's up with Killington water but the tap water is definitely not the best in the world. Certainly that is not Phil's fault but that is definitely one thing I want to point out. The only other issue that I had was that the pool and hot tub were still closed and have been for a while according to other owners in the building so hopefully that will be rectified and will be removed from the listing. Phil was accommodating however due to the no one was there when we left so we were able to leave a little later that was not an issue that might have been for other owners but he had no problems with us staying a little bit later so we can get some additional snowboarding in our final day( obviously that wouldn't have been the case had somebody else been checking in that day so as to being able to clean up the place so don't expect it). Just be aware if you are a light sleeper and you like to sleep in just be aware during the winter you're going to hear lots of snow boots in the morning above you but again you're here to snowboard or ski so get you butt up and get on the mountain early just think of it as an early alarm clock for you. As far as checking it was super easy we didn't get in until late around 11:00 at night but because of the security key code we were able to get in at that time. And as far as checkout goes just the standard make sure you clean up after yourself take the trash out strip the beds and put your towels on the bathroom floor. Other than that I would consider staying here again if the hot tub and pool indoors were working. If those aren't a big deal for you then definitely recommend it the price is right and the host was great with communication David

Great location to the slopes with excellent shuttle service. Clean and well stocked. I would suggest deleting the pool and hot tub pictures until they reopen. i am not sure if that was communicated in the welcome letter because we had trouble receiving/opening that.

Overall, great space and access to skiing. Shuttle comes promptly every 10-15 minutes to snowshed. Beds and couch are comfortable with TV in both bedrooms and living area.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here this weekend. It was a great stay. The property was just as described in the listing and it was well stocked. The property manager responded to our messages quickly and helped with everything we needed. Also in a great location. We were sad the pool was under renovation during our stay but overall we would definitely love to stay at this location again and highly recommend

The apt is as described and very well kept. The property facilities (pool, sauna, etc) were under renovation and that was not disclosed prior to our arrival. That was the only bit of disappointment. Otherwise, it was a wondeful stay.

My husband, daughter and I booked this property literally a day or two before our arrival because the property we originally booked was canceled due to property damage (water heater issues). Which worked out in our favor because this property was less expensive, bigger, and awesome location. Also, the property owner was nice and quick to reply. We’d certainly book another stay in the future.

This condo is a 2 minute drive from Ramshead lodge. You could walk, but it is uphill. There’s a great restaurant/bar in the lodge that is part of this complex, Top of the Hill. Would definitely stay here again. phil was very responsive and easy to work with.

Condo was as advertised. Clean 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Close to the lifts! Property owner (Philip) was very responsive to questions. No issues with the condo and I would stay again.

Great place to stay with a few friends and within walking distance to the mountain. Philip was a great communicator and overall everything was easy.

Absolutely amazing 2BR 1.5BA condo located just a short 5-10 minute walk (30 second drive) from the Ramshead lodge/lifts and just a 1-2 minute drive from the K1 lots. Beds were comfy, couch was comfy, nice full bathroom, very well stocked, and completely as expected.
