Situated in Woodstock, this lovely house for £306 per night is a great option for your next break. A beautiful four season lakefront house on peaceful and quiet Twitchell Pond. This year round home is in pristine condition. It has two bedrooms with two additional sleeping lofts. Open concept with granite counter tops and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable couch and 2 recliner chairs in the open living room. Dining room table looks out over the lake. There is a large private dock ideal for swimming and using the 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards that we have for our guests. Natural fire pit in the yard just steps from the lake. There is a ping pong table in the basement. Located just minutes from Mount Abram and 20 minutes from Sunday River. There are hiking trails nearby and a golf course at Sunday River. The White Mountains in NH are 30 minutes away. Check out the Mountain bike park at Mount Abram. Listen to the loons on the lake, enjoy games or reading on the screened in porch. We have "beach" towels and chairs for your use. There are board games, puzzles, cards and books in the living room. You will have everything you need while staying here - full kitchen, on-site washer/dryer, Smart TV's, Wifi, parking for 2 cars, coffee and tea, kitchen staples, filtered water and luxury bedding and towels.

Great location for our family to enjoy some down time together. This location is close to Mt. Abraham and Sunday River. The weather was fog and rain for the entire time but being in close proximity to downtown e made the most of our time.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property on the pond in September. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable getaway. Our visit was marked by serene moments with the Loons that inhabit the pond and a beautiful brook that feeds the lake nearby the property. This cabin is a great place for anyone needing a cozy atmosphere on a pond within 15 minutes of Bethel. Our stay was a delightful experience and we would recommend it to any other nature lovers.

We absolutely loved our stay in this well-appointed cottage. The owners thought of everything and were very accessible when we had questions. The place was impeccably clean, very comfortable and has beautiful views. Lots of fun to be had while unplugging from city life!

Absolutely gorgeous, loved paddling around the lake, there was plenty of space for myself and 3 kids for us all to have a place to be. Super clean, comfy beds, great shower. So glad we chose this one!

An absolute beauty of a location and a house. My friends and I got together for the first time in a few years and wanted something that reminded us of our lakehouses growing up, and this location certainly did not disappoint. The house was so well prepared that it truly felt like I was in my own home. The beds are crazy comfy, and having all the water accessories there for us already was a nice treat. Looking forward to hopefully coming back in the future!

We had a great summer vacation here even with a couple of overcast days! The pond is beautiful and the area is really very quiet, making it feel very private even with other properties close by. The dock is a great size for a small group to hang out on and we were really surprised at the lack of mosquitoes in the area. The house was well stocked with more basics than expected and the instructions left for us were so clear we had no cause to reach out to the owners, but Katie was sure to check in by text to see if we needed anything. It was clear they keep up the house very well - highly recommended!

Had a great time with the family, house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Katie and Ben were great host and responded very quickly to our questions. Only thing we struggled with is not having locks on the bathroom doors, however, it wasn't a big deal as we made our own rule. We will certainly go back when water is little warmer.

Our family of 4 loved this rental. It's a combination of classy and remote. Many features for comfort and excellent lakefront location without the typical noisy boats. Great opportunity for kayak & SUP paddling. True privacy from neighbors. Lots of activities right on site, ping pong, outside firepit, games, swimming, etc.

My 7 friends and I stayed at this lake house for an end-of-summer getaway. The home was spotless and had everything we needed from cooking utensils to games and entertainment. It was about 30 minutes from the hikes we went on and the location felt super safe. The ONLY downside of the home was that the bathroom doors were like closet doors so you can hear everyone's ~business~. This wasn't a huge issue, just a minor inconvenience to keep in mind if you want more privacy. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely return! The lake was gorgeous and the kayaks/paddleboards really made the vacation special. A great weekend getaway.

Katie and Ben were always quick to respond with any questions we had, we had an amazing time! Nice quiet pond, awesome fishing, and overall just melted the stress away. We only had one rainy day, and there were tons of cool inside games to play. Our favorite though was the ping pong table! Perfect spot to watch thunder storms too on the downstairs covered deck, you stay nice and dry! Can't wait for next year!

We had a fantastic time on our weekend trip with friends. They property sits right on the edge of a peaceful lake, not far from town of bethel and Sunday river. The property was clean, and has a great set up in the backyard with a fire pit, dock, and perfect amount of tree cover. The inside has a great screened in porch, and a large living area with plenty of seating. I highly recommend this property for trips with friends or a quick weekend getaway.

A great place to stay for a long weekend ski trip to Sunday River. An easy 20 minute drive to the mountain and it definitely beats having to stay in a small hotel room. A+ accomodations - we had 4 guys and there was plenty of room and we had all the comforts of home. The owner Katie checked in to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. Looking forward to gong back in the summer to enjoy the lake.
