Great location close to KU and downtown Lawrence! A perfect place for our family during graduation weekend.

We enjoyed our stay that was a short walk to downtown Lawrence. Loved having the park across the street and ease of access to any major roads we wanted to go. Charming and historic home! Loved the openness of the main floor and big master upstairs. Kim was easy to communicate with and check-in /checkout was a breeze. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Lawrence.

Easy walk to everything

Loved our stay at this updated old house in East Lawerence within walking distance of Mass Street. The photos and description accurately capture the quirks and charms of an old house. It was the perfect budget option for a college reunion.

Easy walk to the KU football stadium and Mass street. Clean house and easy to access.

The house is in a great location, close to Mass street restaurants, and in a quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely LOVED this home. It was SO cute and I felt so comfortable and at home. My son was with us and I gave him the room upstairs. He was in Heaven with the Room and Jacuzzi tub. The area is SO safe and they walked around a lot. SO close to Mass street and a great Brewery area. Kim was GREAT host. I received a text from her the day we arrived to make sure all was good. I travel almost every week for work and this is by far my favorite home so far. I highly recommend this home and will definitely rent again.

We arrived and did not recognize the property. No street lights and no lights on inside. Amenities listed were not available for use. Washer/dryer/dishwasher full no panty found. No top sheet on beds, no blankets, visible cobwebs and dust, most doors do not latch privacy issue. No parking pad, power lines hanging in the back yard. Outside unusable space, no grass, deck is slimy moldy mess. Sidewalks are broken and unsafe. I tripped and fell on uneven sidewalk twice. Grateful nothing broken just bruised. Ants in the kitchen. Will not recommend and should receive a full refund

Great house close to mass street!

We loved the proximity to Mass St. and the park. Cute house that has been mostly rehabbed (nice, new bathrooms) but the kitchen could still use some work. Cute, mostly rehabbed house (nice, new bathrooms) in a fantastic location close to Mass St. and the park. Stocking the pantry with some basic essentials would be a nice touch as well as the addition of a casserole/baking dish and serving spoons. Overall, great house in a great location and we very much appreciated it being dog friendly .

Kind of an unfortunate situation, the owner just bought the house and our reservation for the house we’ve had since October wasn’t honored over another group that booked the week of. We were left scrambling for a place to stay on Friday. Kind of disappointing but we were able to stay for 1 night at least. Kim, the owner, was super responsive. The house was very cute, we enjoyed our stay.
