*****6th Floor Condo****** At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Towers TOWER 1! This condo was newly purchased in the fall of 2020 and the new owner has bought ALL BRAND NEW FURNITURE INCLUDING MATTRESSES in the winter of 2020/2021. This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion. PARKING: Includes parking, one reserved spot in #320. (The other car will have to park in any of the non reserved spaces) * 2 Master suites – Both with KING size beds. The oceanfront master offers a king size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. The 4th bedroom has a twin size bunkbeds. The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed. This Unit is on the 6th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook. The Condo was perfect for us. The amenities were great for me because I’m in a wheelchair and I was able to use the ramp to get to the beach. Love the indoor pools.

This condo was very nice and modern! It had plenty of room for everyone and the location was nice. There were a few minor things that could have been better such as a noisy fan, a tv not working properly, and the amount of sand on the floor when we got there. Other than that I would definitely stay again! It was a great trip!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. Was not as clean when we arrived and some beds only had a sheet on them with some pillows not having cases. Outside of this, the location, size, and accessibility were great!

We had an amazing time at the Majestic. There was plenty to do and see around the condo plus the amenities on the property were nice (pools, bar, convenient store with Starbucks, and restaurant). The beach in fron of the condo gets crowded quickly so if you are wanting a spot right beside the water you have to get up early, we got up at 5 am to take stuff down and there was already more than a few people down there.
The condo itself was exactly as described in the listing. We had plenty of room for the 12 of us and we never feel crowded. There was plenty of blankets and pillows, AC works wonderfully, and once you get the TV remotes situated and paired it's smooth sailing.
Our only complaint about the condo was the cleanliness of the floors and the faucet in the hallway bathroom. The floors leave your feet dirty and black if walking around barefoot. There was a vaccum provided but we ended up purchasing a broom for easier sand clean up. The faucet in the bathroom just didn’t work well. It spewed water and the knob to turn it one was barely holding on.
Overall, we were extremely happy and would definitely consider staying in this condo again.

We had a wonderful vacation. We were able to walk to dinner several evenings; there were many options within walking distance. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The only thing I will note is that this section of the beach is very busy and got crowded.

Our condo was not ready to check in at 4. The cleaning service didn’t get finished until 6:30. We were left with all of our luggage and no where to put it. We got there to check in and they said 4:30 so we went to the grocery store. We got back at 5:30 with groceries, so then we had groceries and luggage and still no condo. Our food was getting thawed and warm. The condo itself could have been more clean. There were plenty of pillows but no pillow cases. The condo was very nice just not very clean. Location is perfect. Pools are wonderful. One of the elevators was broke the entire week so we had to wait a long time to go to and from condo. We did enjoy our time after we were settled. I did call the management office about our condo or being ready and she told me to contact someone else. I said “no, you are the management company, I have already spent time on trying to get into condo” I asked her to contact them via email and copy me and she never did.

Great condo, perfect location. Plenty of room for 3 families and kids. Really liked all the pools and bar/restaurant amenities available on the property.
Condo was clean but the floors definitely could use a deep cleaning, feet were black walking around inside. Faucet in the hallway bathroom was junk, it fell off almost every time we used the sink. Kitchen also was barely stocked with enough utensils for more than one family meal, was disappointed not to see any leftover cooking spray, seasonings or dish soap etc that is commonly left in between renters like at other places, but not a huge deal.

The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. The only complaints I have are that there were several light bulbs out, The couches were uncomfortable and like sitting on springs, dishwasher soap trap was broken, there were dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, and the Keurig had an old pod still in it. While this may not seem like a big issue, being charged almost $250 for poor cleaning service is something that should be revisited by the owner. Service is a two-way street; we are expected to follow set rules while staying on property, and I expect to get a clean unit with working amenities.

The reservation was confined for 10 guests. There were only 7 beach/property bracelets available. It took 2 additional days and a lot of effort to get the 3 deserved bracelets.
No gym key a available and couldn’t use
Property host was very difficult to respond and at times took two days.
The reservation charges a service fee for VEBO 24 hour assistance , HOWEVER, they don’t work on weekend !
If you check in and there are issues.. good luck!
1 dishwasher pod was available and the guests needed to purchase more. There should be at the very minimum, 1-2 available/day doe 10 guests
Keep in mind, your charges are really for 5 days and not a week as check in is not j til 4:00 pm and check out is 9:00 am

Front door does not lock unless you turn it a certain way back sliding door does not lock, too many remote controls for the TV very hard to figure out, and if there’s like eight people staying at a condo for a week at least give them two rolls toilet paper per bathroom , I know we will have to get some on our own but one roll and a bathroom is kind of ridiculously cheap. I have friends that rent condos down there and they always leave extra one on back. 🤷🏻♂️😂

My family enjoyed the stay in your lovely property on the beach. We however did feel that your bathrooms required attention to cleanliness and water issues mold in the bathrooms etc. my son took drain off to find plastic caps and other things clogging shower drains leaving water unable to drain. Overall we loved location which did offer us a great beach week.

The condo was spacious enough. We had 4 adults and 4 children and we were very comfortable. However there were a few issues. This is not against the condo owner but the elevator situation is terrible. Sometimes we had to wait 20 mins or so. We would wait for 3-4 elevators at times. Tower 1 has 4 elevators and one was out of service. Just be aware of the wait time. Now the condo was not very clean when we arrived. I had to pick up several pieces of trash and the floors felt very sandy. The furniture is advertised as new. Well the sofa was terrible. You had springs poking you from the sofa sleeper. The kitchen had no pot holders at all and no trivets to use on the table. A couple of our towels had holes in them. The washing machine leaked and the garbage disposal did not work. Called maintenance on Tuesday when we discovered this. They took the report but no one ever showed up. I did not take my hair dryer as it advertised that one was in the vaster bath. It did not work. Had trouble with the tv in master bedroom but figured it out. Only one remote that worked for all tvs. Other than that, our family made the best of it and really enjoyed our time in Panama City Beach.

The condo was the perfect location. The unit was spacious. The unit was not clean as we would have liked. But a quick fix. Supplies were very limited. So had to make a dash for supplies. Beds were comfy. Overall we had a great week. It is an older condo that has been renovated. Great location beachfront on 6th floor. Just high enough to enjoy the beach. Ammenities were good.

We really enjoyed staying at Majestic Towers. The parking is convenient, the amenities are good, the location within PCB is ideal. We were impressed with how clean the property was when we arrived. There is a bit of mold in the front king bedroom, but not as extensive as some previous comments. The condo does not come with extra dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, dish soap, or dish scrubbers so you need to plan accordingly. Overall excellent stay. This was half of our group’s second time staying at Majestic Towers. We came back for the great experience the first time! It didn’t disappoint.

Property was beautiful, the weather was perfect and the ocean water was perfect and beautiful. Condo was clean and ready when we arrived. There were a few things that needed to be repaired but nothing that was urgent and I just wanted the owner to be aware of. Access to the beach was convenient and the pool was great too. The Starbucks isn't an actual Starbucks with all the sandwiches but the coffee is good. Having an assigned parking spot was so convenient. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again. 10 out 10 would recommend this condo to all my family and friends.

The location of this condo is nice. The layout and bedrooms is exactly what we needed for our family. But it was dirty. The floors had definitely not been mopped in a while. We have a crawling baby and his knees and hands were black & our feet were black. The one bathroom shower liner had mold on it. I just read these same complaints on other reviews… so it appears nothing has been cleaned in a while. There were also broken cabinets and a closet door. The garbage disposal was messed up causing the dishwasher to back up into the sink, they came right away to fix this. When walking by the window for the room with two queen beds you can see the blinds are covered in mold.
Overall this experience would have been better if the condo had been actually cleaned.

Family Vacay - June 2022
Overall a good place to stay. We had 9 in our group and it was not too crowded. Just few minor issues such as a couple of lights out in the condo and the hair dryer in the master bath did not work. Dishwasher smelled awful until we ran a cycle with it empty. Biggest issue was my son slept on top bunk and was bitten several times during the night by something. Possibly sand fleas. We stripped the bed down to the mattress and washed all linens and called maintenance. They came quickly and sprayed the room, pulling out the bed and spraying behind it good, then all was fine. No more bug bites. Other that than, it was a great trip.

The condo sits directly across the street from a major PCB biker bar. We learned really quickly that bikers treat that spot as a place to "show off their rides" by revving and blasting music. It happened every single night.
However, if your kids wear themselves out on the beach every day, you don't have to worry too much about the bikes keeping them up. But it still was an annoying nuisance that you need to be aware of.

Beach vacation
We had a wonderful stay for our family spring break. This property is conveniently located, and has some nice amenities. We enjoyed the use of the pool area, and made many trips to the cafe/coffee shop. The condo was tastefully decorated and was quite comfortable for our family of six.

This was an amazing condo. It was great for our family of 12. We have 4 generations staying together every year and this was a great place for ALL of us-from the 9 month old baby to our 87 year old Grandmother. The owner was gracious enough to extend our vacation to accommodate our needs. The view was beautiful and we were ALL very satisfied. Looking forward to booking this again next year!!
