Private location on the edge of town with ample parking, yet just a quick drive to the center of Laramie. A comfortable home that features a private backyard with a deck for grilling and hanging out. The kitchen is fully equipped for those family gatherings that seem to bring out the chef in everyone. Many activities make this home a fun stop over. The garage can be used as a rec room or for parking. The garage is great for playing ping pong or throwing darts while watching the game. Play a game of cornhole or one of several board games if that's not your thing. The living room is cozy and has a TV, PS5, and an HDMI input on the console so you can bring your own gaming system or streaming platform. Also includes a Bowflex Max Trainer for those looking for a quick workout. A ring doorbell is present on the front door and has a wireless chime inside the home.

This s a great home that was so clean, cozy and warm for our holiday in Laramie. The beds are so comfy! The kitchen is roomy and has everything you would need to cook or just enjoy a cup of coffee. Cory was great and responded very quickly. I highly recommend this home.

House was perfect for a Thanksgiving stay with our UW student. Well appointed kitchen, games in the garage, and a very comfortable living room with a huge tv to watch football. We will definitely stay again, and highly recommended. House was very clean and easy access to downtown and University.

House is very clean and in a quiet area. We were in town for a high school state football game and it was just a short drive to the stadium. The owner was very easy to work with and replied to messages very quickly. This is a beautiful home with plenty of space. Would definitely rent this home again.

We brought our daughter over 800 miles to college and spent the week vacationing while she had her introductory classes and social events. We were so comfortable in the home and the owner thought of everything. As a self proclaimed chef the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our time here and we’re sure we will be back.

We are so glad we found this VRBO listing! The hotels in Laramie aren’t the greatest and we wanted to find a comfortable place to stay when we visit our son in Laramie. This place checks all of the boxes. It’s clean, well appointed and had everything that we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. We will be back and, if available, plan on staying here every time we are up in Laramie.

We decided on a whim to visit Wyoming for our very first time. We found this property and I must say it was so much nicer than the pictures show. We have stayed at many rentals and this one ranks right at the top. We loved everything about the home and the owner provided so many extras in terms of amenities. We found the house to be spotless, extremely comfortable and so nice! If given the opportunity, I would highly recommend staying here! I communicated with the owner several times and it never took more than a few minutes for a response. You can tell he really cares about his home and the people who rent it. It was an incredible experience and we loved Wyoming!

Wonderful house-clean, comfortable , fun! Super easy access to anywhere in Laramie! I was a little hesitant as this was my first VRBO but the property manager supplied us with everything we needed!!!!!! I would highly recommend this property!!

Loved this house - super clean and everything is so thoughtfully appointed for your comfort with a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, just everything. The house felt very generous and hospitable. The owner was very responsive and the house is so close to everything. We chose to visit Laramie on a whim (o. Our way to RMNP) and so glad that we did. Loved the wide open spaces driving there and it is such a charming little college town. Was quiet since everyone’s on summer break. Cute places to eat downtown, beautiful hiking nearby and quirky places to visit (totally go visit the historic prison nearby). And just lovely, generous people everywhere we went. Wish we’d stayed longer!

This is an awesome property, perfect for a group to stay at. Kitchen is really nice and has everything you need. Very comfortable furniture, great beds and linens. Owner easy to communicate with and very helpful. Can’t recommend this property enough, we will hopefully be back again

From the booking to changes in plans to every detail of the stay…it was perfect. We were spoiled in our first VRBO experience. Cole was amazing and the house was too. The location was convenient to all UW activities and it was clean and stocked with anything we could possibly need.

Pictures do no do this property justice. This property worked out perfectly to attend wedding events in Tie Siding.
The decor is great and gave a great “you are in Wyoming” vibe. The deck was perfect to catch some sun and a nap before the wedding!

House is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. House was extremely clean, well put together and had so many wonderful touches for our stay! The coffee bar is great! Small details like a speaker to hook music through during our stay, makeup removing towels and a grill for outdoor cooking was much appreciated! So many great amenities that were very appreciated. House is spacious with a great yard for dogs. Even the small touches for them that included poop bags and a scooper was excellent! Definitely recommend!

This would be a wonderful home for several couples or an extended family. It probably has the most well stocked kitchen of any VRBO I've stayed in. There is a game room in the garage. The washer drier was very convenient.

We loved our stay! The property is clean, very well stocked, easy to find, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town for restaurants or errands. Our group of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoyed having a great home to relax in after skiing. We appreciated the small touches like lamps that have USB ports to charge our devices and labels on light switches to easy find switches for fans/lights. We will be back! The home was clean and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Welcome book was detailed and clear. Beds and furniture were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. The garage activities were a nice touch and kept kids busy when we were not out and about. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Laramie!

The owner was absolutely great to work with in this stay. Roads were going to make it impossible to get there and he offered to let us come early if needed. The house was very clean and comfortable!

Even better than expected! Nice residential neighborhood. The home is very well cared for. Had all of the kitchen essentials, so it made breakfast and supper prep easy. We took sandwiches on the go to Snowy Range.

The decor was cute, the house clean and uncluttered. Coffee and tea bar were an added detail we didn’t expect, but loved! Room for everyone in our family of six. Ping pong and darts added some fun too! The sleeping arrangements, from bedding to beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay here again and would recommend it.
