About this house rental
Nestled in South Dartmouth, this charming house for ÂŁ160 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This newly renovated home has lots to offer. The house is a 2-bedroom, one bath, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer for your convenience. Sit and relax on the deck that is surrounded by nature and birds. You can also enjoy a great grilled meal on the deck as well. My favorite is sitting on the deck with my morning coffee and watching the birds feed. The property is beautifully landscaped, which gives you a wonderful feeling of seclusion, but being minutes away from a private beach. The owner (me) lives in a studio cottage located on the property, with ample amount of space/privacy one is looking for. The location is perfect! The beautiful quiet neighborhood is great for strolling to the beach. One mile from Padanaram Village/Harbor, where you will find charming shops and great restaurants. The next town over in Westport, there is the picturesque Horseneck Beach. Also, in close proximity you can visit historical New Bedford, Newport RI, Cape Cod, or take the ferry to Malthas Vineyard, Nantucket, or Block Island. *Rest assured that I am taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Perfect for a stay vacation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.

Loved this property! In a neighborhood but set back a bit with tall trees. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated house with deck and large yard. Many birds and fireflies! Nice kitchen with good cookware, everything you may need. Private beach about a block away, very few people, lovely for swimming or bringing a chair down. This area is one of the loveliest in Massachusetts, Dartmouth and neighboring Westport, many beaches, parks, Audubon wildlife sanctuary, really nice zoo a short drive away in New Bedford. Cute little town center with a perfect store for delicious prepared foods and baked goods, delicious seafood at Cape Quality Seafood and ice cream at the Bucket. Lots to do and see right nearby. We will be returning to this location!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was in a beautiful setting just a short walk to a private beach. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Kaios was a good host with good communication. The property was a perfect home base for visiting the Cape and surrounding area.

Living in an area of peace and tranquility, my rentals always gear toward that. I hate crowds and noise. The property was just as described. Lovely deck area surrounded by woodland and beautiful plantings. Enjoyed the cleanliness of home and all the amenities. Kios was very accommadating to our requests and got back to me quickly. Would love to go back with just my spouse next time.

Came to see our son at URI for the weekend and this was the perfect spot to get away from campus for a few days with some comforts of home for him. Host was great and property fit all of our needs

Perfect beach house for our family of 3
I can’t say enough positive things about our experience! The house was very clean and all details were carefully explained; there was more than enough space for my husband and daughter and I. We especially loved spending time on the porch since the weather was gorgeous while we were there. The best part, however, is the proximity and access to the lovely private beach, which is where we spent most of our time. We definitely want to come back next summer!

lovely outdoor space
We had a lovely stay at Kaios’s cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the outdoor space just wonderful! We loved sitting on the private deck with woods and wildlife around us. There is access to a swimming beach just 5” walk away .

Charming & Beautiful
Property manager had great communication and was helpful. Beautiful home with private beach access within the community and super easy and quick walk with the kiddos. Great location and dedicated parking and private set back home had wonderful privacy. Made some suggestions about curtains for more privacy in open area, super clean and beautiful appliances, and just wished there was cable or dedicated streaming options, as we continued having issues with Netflix account, but manager was helpful and responsive.
Will definely be renting again!

Home away from Home.
What a comfortable little house for my Mom and I to stay at while visiting family nearby. It was just the right size for the two of us and the bathroom between the bedrooms was awesome!
Would love to come back in nicer weather and go to the private beach. Beds were comfy...it was hard to get out of bed one dreary day...felt like I was home!
