Carlsbad Lagoon is a great activity destination for the whole family, with boat rentals, jet skis, and paddle boarding. This exquisite vacation retreat was designed with a beautiful mixture of professionally designed interiors with beach chic and functionality. The second story features spectacular unobstructed ocean and sunset views from the living area and kitchen. There is plenty of comfortable living room seating for lounging, a dining table, and a 55" Sony TV to cozy up and watch a movie after a long day at the beach. The primary bedroom includes a private east-facing deck and an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. There is more comfortable living area lounge space, a dining table, a 55" Samsung TV, and an outdoor fire pit. Both west-facing kitchens are bright and well-equipped with everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Additional amenities include air-conditioning, WIFI, cable, and one washer/dryer shared between the homes. THINGS TO KNOW There is no elevator. The two halves of the duplex do not connect from the inside. This home has air-conditioning, so there may be an additional fee. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
