Very easy to book, owner responded promptly to messages before and during stay. Clean, well-decorated home located in a quiet neighborhood near Lee University, Deer Park and coffee/restaurants on Keith street. Highly recommend, we will stay here again when in town.

The house is perfectly situated in a quite road and not too far (within 2 miles) of restaurants. The house was impeccably clean, the check in and out process smooth. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. The snack gifts and water were a lovely addition given the long drive. For those spending time on the Ocoee river, the accommodation is about a 20min drive, which makes it perfect. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. Hosts provided everything needed for our 6 day stay. Quaint and pleasant neighborhood. We could have used a few more washcloths for our stay, but the washer and dryer on sight was a plus. Thank you for your hospitality!

This is a beautiful two bedroom home located in the historic district of Cleveland TN just minutes away from Lee University. Everything was beautifully decorated and so inviting!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house is beautifully decorated, smells clean and fresh, everything was provided to make our stay comfortable. The house was even decorated for Easter with cute little touches like I have in my own home. Very quiet neighborhood as well. We will definitely come back here whenever we are in Cleveland! We are gonna miss our home away from home :)

Our daughter is a student at Lee University. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood many times and this house is by far our favorite. We really appreciated the updated bathrooms. House was very clean with comfortable furniture. It would have been nice to have a couple bar stools at the counter for extra seating, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town to visit with our son and daughter-in-law. This house was a perfect place to stay. It's walking distance to Lee University, if anyone is needing to visit the campus, and equally as close to the downtown area. It had everything we needed and you can tell the owners thought through exactly what a renter would need. As a bonus, the sofa and chair in the living room were SO comfortable! We will definitely be renting this home again!

We stayed in Cleveland, TN, over a weekend in this house. It was perfect for us. It was clean, staged well and furnishings were perfect. Owners communicated multiple times with us so we felt confident in the stay before we got there. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Cleveland, TN.

We stayed at this property when we dropped our daughter off at Lee University. The location and amenities are top notch. Such a comfortable place to stay and in a great neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again when visiting our daughter.

The home- is clean , safe, welcoming, comfortable, the most relaxing I’ve experienced. It really feels like you are home, minus the clutter! Well decorated- and you will want for nothing. There are tons of throw pillows and plush warm and cozy blankets- all are CLEAN! Kitchen is super well equipped- great back yard, and picture perfect front porch. The bedding is soft and comfortable, not an after thought- it thoughtfully chosen. Small touches include simple snacks, cleaning supplies, and bathroom amenities, just in case you forgot anything. The hosts- near by, but provide privacy- super responsive if you need them. We will be back. Perfect location for All watersports nearby- Ocoee Rafting, lake Ocoee, and everything right around what you’re looking for- Just 9 miles away or so, from all the outfitters

My family came for a church event and absolutely loved this charming home. Our host was readily available and the communication was excellent. The house is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. And the decor and attention to detail was fantastic. We also appreciated the extras that were provided to help make our stay comfortable. The host thought of everything down to snacks and toiletries. It was very hot during our visit and the house was so nice and cool and being from Florida we appreciate the AC! Linda our host was kind and welcoming and we will definitely stay here again for future visits. Outstanding stay!

We were in town for a family wedding. This house met all of our needs for the weekend for two adults and two teen girls. It was so much better than a hotel! The location was perfect to the university chapel and reception location. We walked to a coffee house Sunday morning. The area is very nice! The house was immaculate and Linda and Ray were very responsive. Our teens appreciated the toiletries (which they forgot) offered as well as the snacks! We didn’t use the kitchen much but everything you need is available. Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your home with us! Much appreciated!
