We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean, and there was plenty of space for 5 of us. The neigborhood was nice, and there were plenty of walkable restaurants. We were in town for an event at Wrigley Field-and the location was perfect. The host was quick to respond, and check-in was very easy, as the host provided very clear instructions. They also provided us a document with things to do in the area. Everything went super smoothly. We would definitely stay again and recommend this spot to anyone!

Though video and detailed directions on check in process were provided, getting into the unit is very complicated. If you have a car to park, don’t bring your minivan. It is a very small and tight space. You really should have someone there to greet guests and get them to the unit. You need to provide at least 2 key fobs for entry. We had 5 people with one key and it caused all sorts of logistical problems for us. Plan to walk up 2 flights from front door and 2.5 steep steps from back. No elevator. Pack light! I asked for linens for the fold out couch, some extra towels, and salt for the kitchen, and the property manager was unable to provide these during our stay. Though advertised for 6 adults, the eating area has a smaller table with only 4 chairs. There is zero extra bedding in the place- one thin duvet per bed. No extra blankets. Also one towel issued per person. In the kitchen, there was one dishwasher detergent ball per day. As there was a very limited number of cutlery, glasses, etc, if you are planning more than one meal in the unit per day, you need to run the dishwasher twice. Just 3 wine glasses were available. Kitchen cabinets are hard to close. NOT a comfortable or cozy place. I would not recommend you stay here.

The check in experience was poor, the key fob entry was difficult and the management group supporting this stay was not very helpful. After an hour or so, we finally were able to access the correct appt, as it listed a different one on the instructions. The appt itself was nice enough, but it’s on a very busy road and the walls are thin, where we could hear the upstairs neighbors pacing for hours late into the night. I would not recommend and won’t be staying here again. Unfortunately there were just too many things that added up to a not so great experience.

The place was nice. The beds were GREAT! Some cupboards are not working… and cause it to be hard to open other cupboards Some confusion about where I left the key when I checked out. Lock boxes for the key fob were not the easiest to work!!! Would go back if getting a key was easier. Ha ha! Parking space in the back… priceless!! Thank you!!
