This property was very reasonably priced, especially compared to area hotels. It was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. It was a short drive to SPAC and to the downtown area. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property!

Cute and quaint property.

We were very, very pleased with our recent weekend stay at Three Bears Lodge. We were visiting Saratoga Springs for a concert, and I am so glad we chose this property. The Lodge was extremely clean, and well equipped. We found it to be the perfect size for the two of us, but believe it would also work well for 2 couples or a small group. We were extremely happy to have A/C (we were there during a heat wave) and enjoyed the Wifi, and streaming services as well. It is in a great location, close to the event (approximately 10 minutes drive to the Performing Arts Centre) as well as close to shopping and dining. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Even though it is located near a busy street, we considered it to be quite peaceful. The owner was excellent to communicate with, and responded promptly when I had a question. I strongly recommend Three Bears Lodge when visiting Saratoga Springs, or nearby areas. Kerri McEvoy

This property was amazing. It had everything you could have needed and more!! It was so beautiful and clean and charming. I would stay here over and over again!!! The host Mike was also wonderful, he invited us for burgers in case we did not have dinner plans which was so considerate. The host also gave an awesome sheet of recommendations for local places and we went to dinner at one of the places and it was so amazing and I would never have know about it without our great host information!!!!

It was nice place but we face some problems while staying. The door of bathroom was not getting locked and we were having mens and womans so it was hard for privacy and in hot spring tube we see bugs and spiders in water so we were not able to enjoy in hot tube. Beside this in hot tube the clorine was so strong that we tried to clean bugs and we tried to enjoy but it affects to our skin.

Cabin was very clean and beautiful. The children loved the hot tub, and the short stay was everything we wanted, quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommended.

The little cabin was the perfect place to unwind after a day of taking in the sights of the Saratoga area. Perfectly located close to downtown! The host was fantastic and recommended some great restaurants in the are. The hot tub was an added bonus to relax in after a long day. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the three bears cottage. Everything was so clean and tidy. We found the space to be cozy and comfortable with all of the necessities available to us. We especially loved soaking in a hot tub after a lovely day exploring the Saratoga area. we would love to return!

Another great stay again at Three Bears. Accommodations were perfect for 4 adults. Having the kitchen and space in the cabin was so much better than staying at a local hotel. Hot tub is an added bonus too!

Great location for spending time with our college kid on a weekend when Saratoga Springs is very busy. Nice kitchen and eating area so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. And a very good shower - something we really appreciate!

We stayed for 2 nites in Sept. and it was perfect. The house was clean and neat. Nice layout with 2 beds upstairs. The hot tub was great way to end the day.

Highly recommend this property! Mike was great, very helpful and accommodating. The property is very clean, well maintained, and perfect for a little getaway!

Nice place to stay

We communicated a few times with the property owner who answered all of our questions. The home was clean and well stocked. Convenient to the local Revolutionary War sites we visited as well as very convenient to food stores and restaurants.

Very convenient to downtown Saratoga but tucked away from the crowds, this charming Adirondack style, newly built guest cottage was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend Several days taking advantage of the areas myriad of activities.

Enjoyed a girls weekend here. Easy to get into town, nice hot tub, comfortable beds.

Accommodations were wonderful! Perfect for me and my two daughters mini vacation. Very clean and safe. Hot tub was a welcome retreat after our days out. Too hot to have a fire, but the fire-pit was stocked with wood. Great location, close to SPAC, the track and Broadway. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed during opening weekend for the track. This property was just as advertised and Mike was great to deal with. The cabin is directly adjacent to the owner's home, but there was plenty of privacy. It was very well maintained and clean and very convenient to all the key locations. One minor thing to be aware of - bring your own soap and shampoo. Definitely recommend.

My son and I stayed here will in the area for a lacrosse tournament. The place was conveniently located, had everything we needed, and was spotless clean. Communication with the host was great. Definitely recommend.
