Villas of Bethany West is a townhome community nestled in the trees and just off Garfield Parkway with an outdoor community pool, tennis courts, dock and water access for a canoe or kayak. Take the Bethany trolley to the ocean or downtown for dining and shopping. Some properties may allow pets. This multilevel townhome is conveniently located to the ocean and downtown Bethany Beach. Level one offers living, dining area, kitchen and deck. Level two offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the property could use improvement.
Porches covered with pine needles, vents and cold air returns filled with built up dust.
Property managers “Vacasa” kept saying they would do whatever they could to rectify the situation. But never did anything. I ended up buying a broom to sweep the porches.
Just not a good way to do business.

This rental was the perfect size for our group and located just under a mile to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed using the additional amenities including the pool and grill. With a trolley stop located in the development and several eateries (Wawa, Bethany Diner, Rita’s) across the street, we found we could get away without a car for our trip. We look forward to returning to this unit in the future!

Convenient stay near the beach. I would recommend not staying in this particular home if you have asthma. There is black mold in the air vents and the villa smells very strongly of mildew and dampness. We had to buy candles and Febreeze. Fortunately we didn’t spend much time in the home. Towels and linens were included and we appreciated the washer and dryer.

The place in reality is very different. The photos were staged. Could not open refrigerator door more than 1/3 of the way due to placement of kitchen table. Deck is unusable due to pine needles and pine cones everywhere. The inside needs a deep cleaning. Popcorn ceiling hanging full of cobwebs and dust. Cable tv was not working. Had to call vacasa for repair Just an overall disappointment vs the advertisement

.The overall location was great, and loved the area were the pool was that was beautiful. However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. There was bugs in the bed on the couches and on the walls. The bed in the master bedroom felt like I was sinking in the middle. I will not be staying back there again

We enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful that linens were included. Everything was clean and well organized. The rooms were spacious. The only problem was the dining room table for four’s placement in the kitchen where it did not fit. Our family of 4 could sit at the counter with bar stools, so it wasn’t a problem, but the table needed to be smaller or placed in the living room in place of one of the couches. All in all, it was a wonderful location and a great property. The communication with the rental company was great and check-in/check out were a breeze. It was great to have a parking pass and access to the community pool/courts included as well. We would consider staying here again.

Very nice and clean home. The neighborhood is super safe and tucked back into a wonderful area. Pool is amazing! We will definitely be back!
