The house is pretty and relatively clean. However, there are minor details tha need cleaning. The light bulbs and fans are all dusty and half of the fridge is dirty too. Also the faucet handle needs to get fixed because it’s damaged. Also the numbers on the burners are all erased, which makes it hard to use. Under the beds, it’s all dusty. Honestly, the only thing the house needs is a deep clean. Other than that, the beds are comfy and pretty, it has everything that you would want, even spices !!! It has many necessary pots and pans. Also the wifi isn’t bad. The ac is so nice. Overall the only thing it needs is a deep clean.

It was a very nice house. The only thing was wrong is underneath the couch was trash. And we couldn’t find a dust pan.

Here's the thing, it's a nice house in a decent location. The issue I have is that they are not responsive. We complained that the dryer was broke on the first day. The property manager claimed they were sending someone out that day, the next day, etc. and it never got fixed. I go back to look at Vacasa reviews and apparently it's been broken since December. We also at one point had just half the power go out on the side of the house which included the Internet router. Now we can't clean clothes and we can't use the Internet including all the TVs which are streaming services. I was underwhelmed by the service.

The very first entry into the home it smelled stale and smelled like a dirty dog. The upstairs bathroom had hair on the baseboards etc. We cleaned a bit and burned candles we brought. The house is showing it's wear and for a brand new home this was surprising none the less it is a beautiful home with plenthy of towels and a very well stocked kitchen. Sorry to say we had many issues during our stay and instead of the 6 nights we were supposed to stay we only stayed 2 nights. There was no wifi ( there was a storm the night before so there was an outage in the area) . There was no cable. The stove did not have a consistent heating element on two of the burners. The garbage disposal was not working so the kitchen sink was slow to drain and after washing clothes we discovered the dryer wasn't working. All of these inconveniences were never addressed by the local office. I called vacasa corp office at least 2 to 3 times a day wanting an update as of today we have not gotten a call or any contact from the local office. One of the days someone was supposed to show up to make repairs no one came and no call. On the day we were trying to decide if we should leave or if the local office would show up to make repairs I stated we needed to hear something within that hour to decide if we in fact needed to check out early as of today still no call. This was a very expensive house to rent we had 3 generations coming together in a middle location to enjoy one another. Our vacation was ruined. The biggest issue all corp says is we have to wait for the local office to respond well that local office has yet to make contact with me. I have asked for the 4 unused days to be refunded reply we have to wait for the local office to respond. I have not asked for a discount on the 2 days we stayed with so many things not working but do feel we are more than entitled to the 4 unused days. This house has so much potential but you need appliances cable and wifi to work as those items are part of what you are paying for. We tried to make the best of our stay but we left heartbroken and the sacrifice of splurging on this home for our precious time together down the drain.

The house was nice, the amenities were not as advertised and after spending most of the short time we were there dealing w Vacasa’s customer service it remains unresolved. Hopeful they follow up to do so in the next few days. Going forward it’s unlikely I’ll book with a Vacasa managed property.

This was a lovely house. However, there were several things found wrong during our stay. For instance the dryer was not working and we only figured that our because lotion spilled in one of our small bags and we hand washed it then tried to dry it. I find this very concerning because if I didn’t report it as soon as we realized, anyone could have been blamed for it being broken. Also it is understandable that the Home is a Beach House made for summer but it is poorly insulated. My family and I stay at a different beach House each year on Christmas and never had a problem with a home being too cold even with heat on. Another problem was the wifi, which is understandable a cold storm did happen but the wifi was out before the cold storm actually landed. Therefore I did not know whether or not that was really the problem or something else happened. There was other things wrong but this review is long enough. My family and I enjoyed ourselves as much as we could. The stay was not terrible but concerning things did happen.
