I planned a trip to Las Vegas with my sister to celebrate her 40th birthday in Las Vegas with a Keith Urban concert. Our plans were slightly changed when she decided she would like to celebrate with her three young children, and we determined a traditional Vegas weekend wasn't the right vibe for the kiddos. About a month before our trip, Odessa reached out to say that the property we had initially booked was unavailable. She was such a great communicator and made a plan for us to stay in another of her properties in Henderson (a more expensive rental, but she did not charge us extra). The house was in a quiet neighborhood which made for a very relaxing time with the family. The house was clean, artfully decorated, and well-stocked. Odessa also communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. She is a wonderful host.

The price is affordable with great amenities. It is a beautifully decorated home that is clean, comfortable and cozy. We liked how close it was to the Strip but also far enough away to relax. The Owner was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommended this home.

Summer Rental that had Outstanding Service

I rented this home in the Summer. The location is amazing as you are 9-12 min from all parts of the strip that are popular such as Bellagio, Aria, Ven and Wynn. The amenities such as the Pool and Table tennis were key as it was hot out during day and gave us another activity at night. The owner is the best person I have dealt with on these rental sites. At any time we had any issue at all he was one call/text away with immediate solution. I would def stay at this property the next time In LV as I do not enjoy Hotels and the location is so perfect. Starbucks, great breakfast Eggcellent, and few other good restaurants literally in walking distance while also being a stones throw from great golf Course. A+ Experience for me and I do travel a lot.

The house was clean and very welcoming, my kids enjoyed the clean pool. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Maybe a couple of more utensils would be great but overall great experience. 10/10 would return and recommend.
