We had a great time! The cabin was perfect!

The cabin itself is fantastic. Very clean and well appointed. No junk anywhere....everything was so organized. We were a party of 15 + an infant and it was large enough for all. All beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. (oh, except for an oven mitt) We had a few small issues and communication was immediate and they sent maintenance right over. No complains there at all. Game room was a hit with all the children AND the adults. Lots of different games and everything was in fine working order. We only used it once, but the pool was clean & nice. Our favorite room was the theater room. It was perfect! Parking was tight for 4 large vehicles, but we did use the overflow area for a couple of nights. Smaller or less cars will have no issues. We would for sure stay here again!!

The views were incredible. We had 10 people total and the space was perfect, never felt crowded. Kids loved the pool. Would stay here again.

Amazing property for a group of adults and children with the perfect location.

Great place to vacation!

Very nice property and plenty of room for 18 people. My only complaint was their was minimal cookware for the size of the house. If staying here and cooking for a lot of people such as breakfast, I would bring your own griddle or large skillet. The parking was on a steep hill but we made it work. We would stay here again, we loved the pool!

Our group consisted of 3 couples and 6 kids ages 4 and under. The cabin accommodated all of the families perfect! The kids LOVED the pool and the theater. The pool has a keypad lock on the door AND a pool alarm which puts your mind at ease with little ones running around! Quick response from the manager and the check in process was very smooth! We will definitely come to this cabin again!

Roam, the property owner, was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond form the reservation process to beyond check out. Property was beautiful, the beds were the most comfortable of any in a rental we have ever had by far. We left a package behind and was able to communicate with Roam, immediately and had family still in the area and was able to retrieve the package from the cleaning co who was also very helpful. Will stay stay at this property again. The pool and hot tub were huge bonus. Sherwood Forest is a beautiful community.

We had a family reunion at Christmas. The cabin was everything promised an more. We’d definitely recommend and come back.

Beautiful cabin located in a great area for enjoying time with the family

The location is great with beautiful sunsets from the back deck! The game room, pool and hot tub were big hits for the family. Communication with the host was helpful with quick replies. Only drawback was the wifi. It works fine for email, but it was nice to unplug from work and life for several days. Made for a perfect vacation!

This cabin was beautiful and perfect for multiple families with young children. We all enjoyed the game room with an excellent variety of games and spent many hours in the pool and hot tub. We appreciated the privacy on the back deck and the gorgeous views. Excellent communication with the property manager. Thanks for a great week!

A great experience and getaway! The only constructive feedback is the Wi-Fi was not strong to facilitate an early morning meeting. Since it is the mountains-I can’t complain! Loved the vacation home and enjoyed location!

We stayed at this cabin in early October and the views were stunning. We have stayed in Sherwood Forest before and love the location and its easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This cabin really had everything you could need. Very spacious and open. The decks had a perfect sunset view. The games room was a big hit for our family. We also loved the hot tub at the end of the day. We even saw bears one night in the neighborhood while returning to our cabin. The owner was very easy to work with.

Very roomy and up to date on everything. Property was beautiful and looked as it did in the pictures. Plenty of entertainment for everyone. Will definitely be staying again!

Great location, amazing views! Property was overall nice and clean, but older than pictured and needed some minor upkeep. Communication from property owners was good and they were quick to resolve an issue we had with the batteries dying on the front door lock. Enjoyed all of the amenities, kids loved swimming in the pool and playing in the game room. There was a mama bear and three cubs roaming around, which was neat to see. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a awsome time! The cabin was so beautiful, very clean, and neat. We all loved it! Wish we would've stayed a few more days. The only bad thing was the parking. The driveway way is no good if you are pulling a trailer. We had to park it somewhere else , but other than that it was awsome! 5 stars!

The game and media rooms were hits! The views are wonderful. We were disappointed that more attention wasn't given to extra bed linens, blankets and towels, mixing & serving bowls, cookie sheets etc in the kitchen. This cabin is for large groups and should have a better equipped kitchen. The closets were unusable due to boxes and a variety of things stacked in them. The pullout sofas were so uncomfortable some of our group slept on a pallet on the floor. While we enjoyed ourselves the cabin carried a luxury price but delivered only a marginally acceptable level of comfort. It could be a five star property with more attention to detail.

We really enjoyed our stay and all expectations were exceeded right down to the cleanliness of this property. We had a hiccup with the pool but the owners were very prompt in getting this corrected. Great people to work with! We are already planning our next stay at this same cabin!!

The property is. nestled at the top of the mountains so the view is gorgeous. Cabin was spotless and very accommodating!
