*NO RESORT FEES!* You do not have to pay a supplemental tax or fee when booking with us to obtain amenity cards. All you have to pay is for the amenity cards for you and your party, and we will take care of the rest! Beautiful first floor condo in the heart of Fripp Island! Six people can sleep in this 2BR/2 Bath with a pull out couch. The master bedroom and living room open up to a screen porch with breathtaking marsh and canal views. An updated and fully stocked kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. We have wireless internet and three TV’s with streaming services. Our condo is the best way to experience Fripp without breaking the bank! Located on Tarpon and right across the street from the beach and island amenities such as the Beach Club pools, food court, restaurants, and tennis and pickle ball courts. A crabbing and fishing dock is just steps out your back door. Hate stairs? Only eight steps to relaxation! Need a more space? Check out our 4BR/3B home 500 feet away on TarponRent both and have room for everyone! Amenity cards are available for purchase at an additional cost. For access to some restaurants, pools, golf courses, etc., the resort requires each guest 13 years old and older have an amenity card. Golf carts can be rented from local companies. Activities for kids vary and can include educational programs at the Nature Center, Camp Fripp, Wee Links Golf, and Arts and Crafts. Ocean Creek and Ocean Point Golf Courses are less than two miles away. Fripp Island is a private, gated resort island near historic Beaufort, S.C., with Hilton Head, Savannah, and Charleston close by. Hunting Island State Park with its’ lighthouse, fishing pier, beach, and walking trails is just across the bridge.

Our stay at BCV 172 was nothing short of amazing! The accommodations were cozy and welcoming, just as we had hoped. The condo was well appointed and just a short walk to the pool and beach. The owners were available and remarkably responsive to all of our questions. They offered recommendations and accommodations making our family vacation memorable! One of our best experiences in 28 years of Fripp tripping!

The place was great, will look at renting again when we go to Fripp. The only issue was the dishwasher was showing an error, we thought we might be doing something wrong, didn't matter we just washed dishes by hand of the evening. Overall was wonderful time and atay there.

The condo is spacious for the size. It has a pullout sofa options and two bedrooms and baths. The recent updates are nice and the owners are quick to respond to any concerns or needs. I would definitely book a return visit.

The location of the condo was close to the beach. Fripp is a beautiful island and it's a great place to explore. The beach is wide, clean and beautiful. Lots of beach accesses and walking paths. Condo was adequate for our needs and condo looked clean but the cleaners need to be more thorough with cleaning, especially the showers-mold. Condo was dark- faces north and lighting, especially in the kitchen, poor. Nice view of the marsh but access was limited to the dock due to construction. The back entrance of the condo was locked and a 2x4 nailed across the back door the last week of our stay. We were told the work would continue for several months. The owners did not advise us of this situation. Owners did not have our reservation the front gate. I had contacted the owner before we arrived as I had seen this situation in a previous review and it happened again! I recommend getting accurate and timely updates about the constructions; walkway to dock/pier is blocked and the construction materials and equipment are strewn all over the backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay at 172 Fripp Island. The property felt so safe and was also so quiet at night. We had friends staying at Hunting Island State Park so we went back and forth from there quite a bit. The beach (just across the street was an easy walk and my 4 year old enjoyed hunting for shells. We hope to come back!

This is a nice property. Centrally located on Fripp. Only 5-steps to get into the property and all rooms on same floor. Beautiful views and across the road from the Fripp adult pool, beach access and Sandbar Adult Beverage station.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo is right across the street from the beach access. The only thing that we did not like was not being able to control the thermostat in the condo. The owner has to be contacted.

Very nice and as advertised. Suggest you rent a golf cart to enjoy the Island. Not so good food on the Island and suggest you come prepared as grocery is a 40 mile round trip.

We love staying on Fripp Island and enjoyed our stay in 172 Beach Club Villa . Owners were very easy to work with and prompt to get back to you if you had any questions. We will definitely stay again

We are tennis players so the location on the island is unbeatable; it's a short walk over to check in for a court reservation, and it's easy access to the pools, beach and shops at the heart of the island for those without a golf cart. The place is clean with all the kitchen basics you need plus a washer/dryer, and I appreciated that the host was extremely responsive before with instructions to check in and again during our visit when we asked for the AC to be adjusted. Our extended family had a larger house on the water so we used this condo primarily to sleep in the king master which has nice views of the lowcountry. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet, but it might feel tight if you had as many people in the living area as the place can accommodate. Again, not an issue for us, and you'll want to be out exploring anyway.

Great Condo
We had a great stay! The condo is good size, we had 3 adults, 1 child and 1 teen. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. We only had one issue at check in at the guard office, our dates were mixed up so we were not on the list. We contacted the owner and they corrected it quickly! Great rental and we love this location.

Great Spot
Clean and comfortable condo. Kitchen was well stocked and a bit larger than other condos we have stayed in at this complex. Easy communication with the owner. My kids are especially enjoyed the bunk beds!

Very lovely place.
The amenity card was kind of a buzz kill as you we would have each needed to pay $35 each to do, rent, or buy anything on the island. We had to drive into Beauford to rent a kayak. We had made reservations for "Fork and Cork" dinner for Thursday until they mentioned we needed an amenity card which would have added $140 to our dinner. It may have been worth it if the pool had been open. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.
