About this house rental
Located in Rogers, this charming house for £102 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The All American Trail Side is the your Downtown Bentonville home away from home! From the front yard you can see two trail access points making for the easiest access you could ask for. Less than a mile walk to Crystal Bridges and exactly one mile to the Downtown Square. Also, for added bike security we offer indoor on-the-wall bike storage for up to SIX bikes. This is your central hub for all things Bentonville! Modern, cozy, single level, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home tucked away in the hills of Downtown Bentonville. Open concept kitchen, living & dining area. Fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies you'll need for your stay. In home bike storage for up to 6 bikes & a fenced in back yard. Our nicely updated home is flooded with plenty of natural light and decorated with an authentic midcentury modern flair. The indoor and outdoor living areas are perfect for enjoying quality time with the crew. Outside, you'll have access to the front and back porch (covered) with comfortable patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ grill, wood burning fire pit (stocked with wood), fenced-in yard, and bike washing station! The living room has a large smart TV for streaming, a cozy sectional sofa and additional lounge chairs as well. You'll find the kitchen to be updated with modern stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and countertop space, and a large kitchen island with seating for those quicker meals. The dining area has a large six seater table and leads you out through the french doors onto the covered back patio where you'll find the grill and cushioned patio furniture (bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid). The back yard is very private with a fenced in yard, wood burning fire pit (stocked with wood) and a bike wash station for your muddy days on the trail. Back inside you've got three large bedrooms with great accommodations. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed as well as a twin bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Across the hall is a full size bathroom to accommodate bedrooms 1 & 2. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite full bathroom with beautiful subway tile walk in shower! All bedrooms have ample closet space and luggage racks to keep those suitcases off the ground. There are 4 different maps of the trail systems throughout the home so you can plan out your next ride or look back at where you had been all day! When you're ready to venture out on the town you'll find a lively arts scene, a diverse group of restaurants & bars and of course plenty of festivities and entertainment. Overall, you're sure to enjoy your stay with us at The All American! Before you leave, be sure to stick a pin in our living room map so we know where you're visiting from! Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities. Front porch, back porch, fire pit & backyard. We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them. If you're traveling with your furry friends we ask that they aren't left unattended unless they're in a kennel and please pickup pet waste before you leave. ★ Across the street from 2 trail head access points! My husband, our dog and I stayed Nov. 15-17th and had a lovely time. The house was very clean, cozy and updated and our dog enjoyed the fully-fenced yard. Being able to bring our dog was a major plus! We enjoyed the trails and the fabulous Crystal Bridges. We live in Kansas City and although Bentonville is only a short 3-hour drive, we had never been there before. The town is very nice and has many restaurants. Since we had our dog with us and most restaurant patios were closed because it was chilly, we ordered DoorDash both nights. The food was great. To sum it up, the accommodations were clean, comfortable, quiet and updated. A very nice place to stay!

This property was the perfect set up Bentonville biking, close to downtown, trails, and Crystal Bridges. We appreciated the elevated appointments in the house and was very comfy. Thanks for a great stay.

This house is super close to greenway and the all-American trails. It was very clean and a great base for our family as we enjoyed Bentonville’s art and trails.

Two Dad's, two son's and some mountain bike miles. House is a great location for easy bike downtown for food, etc. Its perfect for kids or older that can ride on their own a bit, as the flow and tech trails of Slaughter Pen are right across the street. The house is good for relaxing, with an apple TV in the living room, a nice kitchen, and a small backyard as well as a nice front porch. There is a fire pit in back, but we did not use it. Both bathrooms are nice, and the master bath shower has a great rainfall head that dumps loads of water on you!!! Beds were comfy. I would stay here again.

If you are looking for a home base for riding your mountain bike, this house is ideal. The trails are within view of the house. There is bike storage and a bike cleaning area. It is also easy to walk the the Crystal Bridges museum and downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was a wonderful getaway. So close to the beautiful trails of Bentonville. We walked from the house and spent great family time hiking and enjoying the outdoors. The property owner was quick to answer questions and communicate. Would stay here again if I have the opportunity!

We had a great time, nice quiet neighborhood with great trail access and a straight shot to downtown Bentonville. I had a question about something at one point and the host replied extremely quickly.

It was a little bumpy getting in. (We didn’t see an external door code.) However, once in we were very pleased! The apartment was very clean and beautiful. We were close to the Square for the farmer’s market! Awesome!

This property is located in the heart of the trail system with access to miles and miles of trail - and just a short ride to downtown. The bike wash is a great option and the private backyard with a fire pit was perfect. Host was very quick with communication before and during our stay. We’ll be back!

Location is directly on biking trail, very close to Crystal Bridges, quiet neighborhood, well stocked, very clean, & comfortable beds. Only complaint would be that backyard was a disappointment…patio seating was not welcoming.

This is our second VRBO in this neighborhood. Great access to trails and Crystal Bridges. The property was clean and tidy. The home had everything we needed. We will be back if the dates are available in the Fall. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

Drove in from Denver with some friends, this property is located perfectly with Slaughter Pen zone 3 right out the door. This host gets why you are there. There are maps of the trail systems posted on the walls, the bike hooks allow you to secure your expensive bikes inside the house, and the bike wash was really handy. We will for sure seek out this property again in the future. Highly recommend booking this one.

House was perfectly situated to ride the surrounding trails, and was tastefully decorated for a 4 friends to hang out, feel free to bring the bikes inside (outfitted with a bike wash, and wall hooks for bike storage), and very comfortable in the accommodations.

The oven was dirty. The master bathroom shower backed up when you flushed the commode So, we just used the hall bathroom.
