About this cabin rental
This beautiful cabin is located just 15 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. We are located in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy beautiful evening walks and avoid the hustle and bustle of West Yellowstone. Most of the property surrounding Wolf Run is undeveloped. This gives you plenty of privacy and space. We happily provide many amenities such as free wifi and complimentary coffee to make you feel at home. If there is something you need, feel free to contact Justin, the property manager. He lives just across the street and is available throughout the day. The cabin has one very large bedroom that accommodates a very comfortable king and queen bed. The family/TV room offers a wraparound couch that folds out to a full size bed. The cabin throughout is decorated with Native American art and furniture made from a local craftsman. The cabin has a kitchenette with a table and four chairs, large toaster oven, all utensils, microwave, and small fridge. Keep in mind, the rental is located on the second floor and has to be accessed via stairs. The garage below is just used for storage. Most visitors are on their way to Yellowstone for the day. There are also many rivers and lakes within a short drive. The world famous Henrys Fork/Lake is a very short drive. We provide a booklet on the table with all the information you’ll need. Please enjoy.

The minute we walked in, I knew why Justin is rated a “Super Host”. This 2-room A-frame was perfect for our family of three adults. It is very well and thoughtfully built, rustic yet beautiful with polished pine furniture and area artwork on the walls. Blankets and bath towels are plentiful.I have an aversion to stepping out of the shower onto unfamiliar bath mats (?). I had no qualms about the bath mat at Wolf Run as the whole place was impeccable! There were many personal touches added which made Wolf Run feel homey and comfortable. Don’t plan on making big family meals. There is a small fridge, a microwave, and a toaster oven. A convenient grocery store is located nearby and there are plenty of good affordable places to eat in the town of West Yellowstone which takes you directly into the West Park entrance. We made a day trip to The Grand Tetons which took about 4 hours driving, round trip, through Yellowstone, not including time spent hiking and sightseeing. We recommend that you not miss the opportunity to visit the amazing peaks of The Tetons while you’re in the Yellowstone area. Last recommendation: make dinner reservations at The Old Faithful Inn located at the Geyser and known throughout the National Park Service as the best NPS restaurant in the U.S.! We spent a week exploring Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana. It was good knowing we had a comfy home-away-from home to return to for rest and recharging. You won’t regret your stay at Wolf Run.

The property was beautiful! The cabin was just what we wanted. It was clean and cozy and we'll taken care of. The beds were so comfortable! We slept 5 very comfortably. There were cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Neighbors were helpful with spotting the moose! We finally saw him on the last morning. Overall great trip! Thank you all!

We stayed 6 nights. I was concerned about no air conditioning because the temps were 85 during the day but the property is shaded and with open windows and the ceiling fans it was perfect! Great use of space, bedroom is large enough that it didn’t feel like we were sharing a room. Justin was very nice and helpful even washed our towels 1/2 way through our stay! Beds were very comfy and living area had enough room for all of us to watch tv at night. Definitely would stay again!

Our family of 6 stayed at Wolf Run while visiting Yellowstone NP. Upon our arrival we found the cabin to be more than we expected. It was cozy and inviting. The cookies to welcome us was a very nice surprise! The location of the cabin was in peaceful setting. We slept well each night in cozy beds and especially with the the cool breeze and fresh air from the opened windows. The easy access to Yellowstone from this location was a breeze. This cabin also provides internet for your networking needs.
Each night we were serenaded by coyotes and on our last night Mama Moose and baby paid us a visit.
Justin was very accommodating to our requests and upon arrival he greeted us. He also provided valuable information surrounding grocery purchases, laundromats and area activities.
Our family, would highly recommend Wolf Run for your Yellowstone stay.

Unique property on outskirts of West Yellowstone. Overall, the property was very clean and comfortable. Unit is located upstairs on the second floor in Island Park, ID. Short commute to W. Yellowstone. Amenities were ample. Designed to have very basic food/drink in the unit, be prepared to keep a cooler or eat out completely. Only recommendation to future visitors - is not to book the first week of the tourist season. Make sure the owner and PM have time to prepare the property and let the snow melt. Would love to see an accessible outside spot to relax as its located in the woods. Would definitely return. Thanks Justin.

We spent the bulk of our time in Yellowstone and visiting other nearby attractions, so the rental primarily served as a place for us to sleep and shower. The location was great...close to West Yellowstone, Mesa Falls, and several other local attractions. The rooms were very clean. The only downfall was the very small kitchenette/dining area (which was ok with us since we had planned to visit local restaurants for most meals).
The property manager was super friendly and very responsive to my questions/emails.

We had a wonderful time at Wolf Run. The property was as described and our host was responsive and warm. Every morning we looked forward to the opportunity to spot our neighborly moose. The evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was a wonderful change from the busy city we’re used to. The small kitchenette made breakfast and the occasional lunch convenient and in general, the cabin was perfect for our family of four. Thank you for having us!

We checked in for a brief weekend to the Tetons and Yellowstone. The checkin and checkout went seamlessly, and the cabin was accommodating and cozy.
We saw a moose out front!
The kitchenette has a fair selection of teas, sugar, and coffee. No stove, but boiling water in the coffee maker or microwave was easy for tea in the morning.
Enjoyed our stay!

Justin was very helpful to tell us about accessing YNP, local restaurants and hiking trails. All his recommendations were solid. The cabin was beautiful and a very nice place to stay. It’s close to everything in that area!! Justin and Carol were very friendly and patient with my children as well.

A very nice cabin and location.
This is a wonderful cabin just 15 minutes from West Yellowstone. The owners were very nice and helpful. We had homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us when we arrived. The beds were so soft and comfortable. The property is in a lovely wooded area minutes away from Henrys Lake. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to spend a vacation near Yellowstone.

Great Place for a Getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay here, in fact it was our favorite place during our two week vacation. Each room is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We liked that it is a short 15-20 minute drive from West Yellowstone and away from the crowds there, yet still close to the Park. Justin, the property manager, was great and met us when we arrived, suggesting places to eat and good locations to spot animals nearby. We hope to return in a couple of years and will definitely stay here again.
