Luxury retreat for families and friends in this beautiful Colorado home. This home built in 2019 has 4300 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths home, office, all furnished including washer and dryer. The kitchen comes complete with all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry room, a seating counter. Cozy fireplace, 70” TV in the family room, 55" TV in Basement, and 55” TV in the master bedroom. Free WiFi and Internet access. Mountain Views and beautiful sunset from the Master bedroom. 4 Bedroom on upper level - 2 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds Living room on main floor - Sofa Bed Study room on main floor - Futon 1 Bedroom in basement - Bunkbed Family room in basement - Queen Beds Total of 9 beds.

Well cared for home in lovely safe neighborhood. Not only was the home very spacious with all modern conveniences but it was evident that our host gave extra thought to what would make their guest(s) stay comfortable. From the beverages and ice stocked in frig, abundant toiletries and towels to extra beds for the youngest in our party we were very comfortable. We had 6 adults and 2 young children. There was plenty of room to spare. Our flight arrived well before the 4:00 pm check in. With both our arrival and departure our host allowed us to check in and out earlier/later. Lovely neighborhood to walk and jungle gym for children to play on at the clubhouse. I highly recommend KT's place. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house. Family from different states met to visit mom in nursing home in Longmont. This house was more than expected. Great time. Family loved it. Never had time for pool but was great to know it was available. Owner was great too!

Clean and spacious
The house was amazing clean when we checked in. The rooms were spacious and perfect for the number of guests we had. Would recommend!

The home was very clean and open. There was so much space which is great. There are a couple of things that I would change. I believe there is a need for some additional seating in the living room. The home is equipt to sleep 16 people, yet only seating for 6 at the most in the living area. I also would have loved to have a BBQ grill on site to use in the nice backyard space. I did love the kitchen space and the home was very open and well lit but also provided plenty of the room for the kids and adults to have their own space at times. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and organized. I definitely would recommend this property!

Lovely home. Plenty of room
We had 6 adults and 5 children stay. Comfortable beds. The neighborhood pool was great! Large kitchen. Good sized bedrooms. The property manager was great!
