Situated in Surf City, this lovely house for £368 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. **Rates shown are all-inclusive except for taxes** Welcome to Blue Pearl #106, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! This beautifully decorated, sound front home offers stunning panoramic views of the sound and surrounding salt marsh and multiple bedrooms offer ocean views! Blue Pearl has a private shallow water dock just off the back that is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and fishing! There are kayaks and life jackets for your use during your stay as well. You can bring or rent a boat and dock at the private dock that has water and power, for your entire stay! There is also a community pool and easy beach access. This home is a short walk to the beach. The private elevator is a great amenity for anyone with mobility issues and for easily transporting luggage and groceries to the second and third floors. There are two master bedrooms – one is the top floor master-suite with a king-sized bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle pull-out underneath. This room has a private bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. You’ll also have two private decks with stunning views! A spacious fenced-in back yard provides a large area for your four-legged family member to run and play. The second floor has three bedrooms, including the second master with an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and another with two twin beds served by a hallway bathroom with double sinks. A washer and dryer are also on this floor for convenient clean-up. For those who love to cook, there is a large, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with an electric range. The living area, kitchen and all the bedrooms in this home have sliding glass doors that open onto private decks or balconies. Roku TVs are in the living room and the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is also available. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off and the carport has covered parking for two cars plus there is an extra-long driveway that fits several more cars. A Welcome Kit including basic first night necessities such as: bathroom tissue, paper towels, hand soap, dish washing soap and laundry soap will be left for you on the counter and is included in your stay. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Provided With Your Stay: The linen package contains bed linens including professionally laundered blankets, sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats. Beds will be made upon arrival. A Welcome Kit with first night amenities will also be waiting for you to help you get started on your trip. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Professional Cleaning Service Is Provided At The End Of Your Stay. Please note: Smoking is not allowed at this home. The community boat dock (#10) has no lift and is located on a tidal creek.

Let’s start with the positive things about Blue Pearl.... community pool and one street away from beach access. Private dock and elevator were both a plus. It’s dog friendly and the views from the multiple balconies are spectacular. The bed on the top floor inclines and it’s very comfortable. The kitchen offered everything we needed to cook family meals and the grill was also clean and worked great. Negatives...the ice maker did not work and that was not disclosed until we reported it to LandMark upon arrival. We were told that they knew it didn’t work and the owners had decided not to fix it given the hard water. We were told to feel free to use the ice trays (there were 2) provided. Would have appreciated the disclosure up front or more ice trays. 2 ice trays for a family is not acceptable. We also reported that the Roku device had been removed from one of the TVs and we were told over and over again that we just needed to put new batteries in the remote. It took multiple emails and calls to Landmark to get someone to actually come out and see that the Roku device had indeed been taken or misplaced. We had other minor maintenance issues and those were fixed promptly. The beds on the second floor are totally uncomfortable as is the sectional couch. The property has simply aged and needs some refreshing/updated. Large pet stains in the bedroom on the top floor as well. All in all, still a great place to spend a vacation. My crew made use of all of the positives at this property and memories were definitely made! I did find out from a neighbor that other properties in this same subdivision (all the properties have mostly the same layout) rented for much cheaper than what I paid. Oh well, you live and learn! Would recommend and would stay here again, but only if all other properties in this subdivision were rented out.

We had the opportunity to visit this property for a few weeks over Covid and had an amazing time. However, it’s clear time has taken a bit of a toll. The house furnishings—the living room—, outdoor patio furniture and kitchen materials need to be updated. Unfortunately, we are not likely to return to this location.

The house was roomy and as described. Location and access to the beach were great. Linen service was not the greatest - only sheets and a single blanket for every bed. Elevator and upstairs TV did to work and the kitchen cookware desperately needs to be replaced. Pots/pans/can openers were all terrible. There were also aunts throughout the house.

Lovely house situated on the end of cul-de-sac. Incredible views of the sound to enjoy morning coffee or late night conversation. Bedrooms have their own private decks. Awesome kayaking! We went out several times and still did not paddle all the marsh trails. Quiet & peaceful at night. Very close to Surf City shops & restaurants. Great communication with rental agency. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the property is excellent. The surrounding views from every window and deck were gorgeous. The house is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen provided all we needed for cooking.
Downsides were very low water, pressure and uncomfortable mattresses.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, and will return to Topsail Beach

Despite the rainy weather we had a good weekend at this house. House was very clean and provided most of what we needed. View of the ICW was beautiful and we were able to use the kayaks provided. Just a short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes. Elevator was great for bringing in and taking out groceries and luggage. Hopefully we can return when the weather is better!

The view of the sound was even better in person! The house was clean and fit all of our needs for a long weekend. The elevator was definitely a plus because there are a lot of steps. The neighborhood the house is located in was nice and quiet. There is a good restaurant/bar across the main road. The walk to the ocean isn't too far at all. We enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer!

The Blue Pearl was just what we were looking for! The location was perfect: on the sound with it's own dock (kayaks provided), extremely short walk to beach access, and 1 row back from busy road so it was very quiet. We were informed the grill wasn't working and when I told them we planned to grill, they delivered a new grill/tank within a couple of hours of arriving! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our fresh seafood. Enjoyed the layout of top floor master suite. Welcome package and provided soaps were very handy. Would love to return!

We really enjoyed staying here. It is a short walk to the beach, and having access to our own personal dock on the sound was great for fishing and watching the sunset. The house was beautiful and clean and enough room for everyone.

This was the first time three childhood friends went on vacation with their families and we couldn’t of had a better property and location to accommodate all of our beach needs! It was a short walk to the beach and also a short walk to the community pool. Absolutely beautiful sunsets over the inlet waters. Close to just about any amenities you would need but far enough away to feel secluded. Thank you for supplying the beautiful property for us to enjoy what hopefully becomes a tradition amungst life long friends!

Nice family rental
We had a great week staying at the Blue Pearl! The house was nice and clean and a very short walk to the beach. We are new to Topsail and did not realize how busy the road is that you have to cross to get to the beach but that was only a problem for the younger two kids on the trip. The kitchen needs a few more necessities and there is only one king sized bed but overall, it was a great house for our annual beach trip!

The emergency numbers provided were very responsive and helpful. The walk to the beach was very short. I would have concerns with young children unsupervised because the road was busy on a holiday weekend. But that was not an issue for us. Also, we had a two week stay, so there were times when the road was very quiet. We enjoyed the sound side and fishing from the pier. The sunsets were lovely. The pool was great as well! I would definitely recommend! Great property and property managers. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Hope to come back!

The elevator was very useful for taking groceries and luggage up and down, and our older dog would have suffered with so many stairs. We especially enjoyed sitting on the dock, and did some kayaking.

I booked this for my husband and his friends as a guys getaway/fishing trip. They said the house was great and met all expectations. Great location on sound and easy access to the beach. Beds comfortable, kitchen equipped. They had a good time.

overall I would rate it a 4 out of 5 for experience and stay. There are some things tat I didn't know. Linens and towels are not provided so you have to bring, buy, or rent linens and towels. I didnt know that until we arrived. This info was in the lease agreement which I honestly didnt read.. but who does? really? Furthermore the linen business was in the check-in info, but this wasnt emailed until a day before our arrival, despite me reaching out and emailing the property managers several times requesting info and checkin details. The information provided on bed sizes in the listing is incorrect, so if I would have known to get linens prior to the arrival, and used the info from the listing to get linens I would have hadal the wrong sizes so.. thats a little annoying... I had to repair two of the twin beds (I keep tools in my truck so I wasprepared). Also had to repair the on site Kayak as one of the two seats of the Kayak was broken. Okay so that the bad. We went to walmart and got cheap sheets and towels for our stay which was 35 minutes away near wilmington. Once that was taken care of we began our trip in earnest. We had a great time. The beach is about a quarter mile walk and there is a direct path from the house to the beach.... WHICH IS AWESOME!! The house accommodations are great and the dock made for some great fishing time and the kayaking was loads of fun. We will totally stay here again, just be aware that you will need your own sheets and towels... which I had no idea of as this is my first "Beach House" rental.. according to the agent that is the norm for beach houses. the vies from the balcony are awesome, just bring some bug spray as the mosquitos from the sound side of the house is pretty serious. Our stay was truly amazing and we had a blast despite a few little hiccups along the way and would recommend this to anyone with the caveat of bring your towel and sheets.
