This unit is a dream location for any foodie with unique southern coastal cuisine on their bucket list, as you are steps away from La Cocina, Pizza by the Sea, Wild Olives, Pescado, La Crema, and Forbes 4-Star Havana Beach Bar & Grill inside The Pearl. Deeded beach access and trolley service offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Village of South Walton.* The Village Towne Centre features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Village of South Walton. *Trolley service unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29; If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach. INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service provided within their respective areas, and we utilize routers which allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests in the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and internet makes or breaks your visit, we recommend that you bring your own hotspot. Accommodates 2 1 King Bed **Minimum age to rent is 25. Accurately advertised. Was good for a long weekend trip for two. Manager was very attentive and we were unexpectedly able to access the property at noon which was very nice. Great location in the middle of 30a, easy walk to Rosemary and an easy drive to Seaside. Beach tram was very nice to have and we were always picked up quickly. There is not any storage like a dresser so you pretty much have to live out of your suitcase, but if this doesn’t bother you then it’s a great little spot. Very comfortable bed, everything seemed clean in the unit. Nicely decorated. There was a bit of hair leftover on the throw pillows and in the bathroom which was bothersome, but not necessarily the property manager’s fault. The unit is conveniently located next to elevator and stairs, but is directly next to the door leading into the building which slams loudly and shakes the wall. This settled down by later in the evening though and was not disruptive at night. The shower/tub is not completely flat, it is awkwardly angled when you stand in it so it may be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. None of these things were complaints for us personally, just wanted to point them out in case it is something that would matter to someone else. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in the perfect spot to walk to three separate destinations: Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. The unit was as advertised, our biggest suggestion would be to add somewhere to put luggage - there is literally nowhere to store a suitcase except the floor, as there's no closet space, luggage rack, or drawers in the room. The small size of the room wasn't a problem as we spent most of our time at the pool (not too crowded and great relaxing), the beach (short 7 minute walking distance), and the towns (fantastic shopping, restaurants, and general walking around). The live music downstairs at night, combined with the food and drink stalls, made this a great place to stay. Once again this is the absolute best location on 30A as you can get to three separate towns quite easily.

Great location, amenities and super easy checkin. Hosts had amazing communication and even let us know we could access room early. Loved our stay in 30A!

This is a very nice property, close to small shops and restaurants. A nice pool area and private beach access a few blocks away.

Unit is decorated perfectly and the bed and pillows were comfy! Perfect for just me since I was traveling alone. Only downfall is the door coming into the hallway next to the unit, it slams loudly every time someone comes into the building.

FOUND WANTING, no nose tissue, saw a few roaches and there is not even a Keurig pod or a bottle of water. These are basic necessities until one has a chance to find a store. There is not even a glass for drinking water. And for the Price you can at least provide local cable. YOU SAY YOUR ARE AVID TRAVLERS, HA!!

My wife and I went on our baby moon and this was the perfect place to stay! The pictures and description were spot on. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The area was perfect and was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice getaway!

This unit was very clean and well equipped. It is pretty much a hotel room with a toaster oven. There are so many things to do in the area, that we just slept there and were off to explore. The location was perfect for walking to Digital Graffiti in Alys Beach!

Property is perfect. I am a minimalist and it was exactly what I was looking for. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Great area for waking 30A. Close to shopping and restaurants. Only minor complaint is the door that lets you in to hallway for unit is on the wall of unit and people let the door close on its own when entering which shakes the wall. I had a sound machine which really helped but it was extra busy with spring break teens coming and going it got annoying. Seems like a spring could soften the door shutting. In non-spring break times it would not be as annoying.

Great spot for the weekend!
Loved our time in Rosemary Beach and this was a great place to stay. Within walking distance of great food and shopping. Clean and perfect for my husband and I for a long weekend.
