The home is nice and in a great neighborhood. Suggestions i have is 1- put cleaning supplies in home (mop/dish rags/ better broom). 2nd the floors are ceramic therefore mats need to be put down by the showers and sliding doors to prevent slipping. 3- the grill was not a grill that you would pay $50.00 to use at all. 4- fridge was turned down so low that it took a full day to get it to the temperature to keep our food cold. 5- have someone clean the carpets in the bedrooms as there are stains in them. 6- put extra linens in the home. I had no clue when the sheets or pillows were changed and was skeptical when we were told not to remove the linens when we leave. The property manager was very responsive however i never got the lockbox code before i got there and sat outside trying to reach someone for almost 20 minutes. The beds are super comfortable. There is a minimal amount of linens would recommend putting more in especially if you have a family as big as mine. Also maybe have some towels for the pool area. Gorgeous area and loved our visit. It is near 3 schools so traffic is extremely slow during school hours. House is about 20 miles to Disney. We do appreciate staying there we left it actually cleaner than when we got there.

Overall the place was nice, good location nice little pool outside back doors, the house was very under par as far as accommodations, I paid over $2000 to stay here a week with 9 of us total in house for 10 days! The property left us no dish soap, one tablet for dishwasher, one tablet for laundry, one roll of Toilet Paper per bathroom, one trash bag, very little soap or shampoo and one towel per bathroom. There was absolutely no cleaning supplies in the house at all so if there was an accident by one of the kids, we had nothing to wipe it up with. We ended up having to go to the store and provide trash bags, laundry soap, toilet paper dish soap for the house, which we ended up having to leave there because we could not take it all back on the plane. So hopefully the next guest can make use of all the things we had to leave behind, there was also no bbq grill at the house which I also went and bought and left behind in the garage.

Quiet gated community. It was perfect location for me. I wanted to be close to my friend's house for her son's graduation. You can get to any of the parks, multiple restaurants, and access to all the major highways with a short drive. The house has minor dents and dings but nothing to complain about. This would be a great place for a big group to not feel over crowded. Would stay here again. Was nice to have a full kitchen and private pool and washer and dryer for the same price as a small hotel would have been.

The house and pool are very nice but we just found the location to be a little too remote for us. No restaurants located by our house and everything is a bit of a drive . If you want a nice relaxing quiet place to stay then stay here . Very nice neighbours too.

Property as described, comfortable beds and clean. An additional shower room off the pool which came in handy with 7 people in villa. We did pay for pool heat which we expected to be a bit warmer than it was, especially when sitting in spa. Was about a 30min drive from Disney and Walmart within 12min drive. Very good stay.

Phenomenal host, clean and nice. The only thing that could have been added was some extra toilet paper and maybe a scotch brite to clean dishes, and some dishwasher pods, but this property is clean, very family friendly, with great amenities. I would definitely come back, or recommend this property.

Only one problem. We are older and no hand rails on pool and hot tub ,so the two with bad knees couldn't get in. Otherwise it was great. Thank you

This location was perfect for a nice quiet vacation. We’re use to staying a little closer to the attraction and parks but this stay was about to supply the needed peace and quiet to enjoy the week. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The house was way more spacious on the inside than anticipated. There was a welcome booklet that gave All the necessary information that we’d need for the house. Mr Gary was very quick with his communication for any questions that i did have. I look forward to staying in this location again in the future

Host was responsive and accommodating. Property was in fabulous condition. Traffic to the park wasn't the best but is definitely manageable. It took us almost an hour to universal but Disney was only about 35/40min. Would 100% stay again.

Everything was perfect starting with communication with Gary before we booked the property. The neighborhood was safe and family friendly. Location wise; we spent 4 partial days at Universal Studios, the commute was similar is not better than most of the other communities we have commuted from in past trips. Grocery and a variety of dinning options were very close, but a nice dollar general was just around the corner. The home was neat, clean and welcoming inside and out. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals and store leftovers. Bed linens and mattresses were very comfortable, and our kids loved that every room had its own T.V. (decreased arguing!). They also provided cleaning supplies so that we could tidy up after ourselves if desired. We had a couple questions the day we arrived as well as the day following; Gary responded within minutes each time and made sure that our needs were met. Thank you again Gary!
