Neat and clean quaint cottage very close to all the shops and restaurants in Piper Street, Kyneton

We were very happy to have a range of breakfast foods and condiments (including gluten free by special request) available for us to use in the cottage and included in the tariff. The cottage was well located on a pretty street (a very short walk to all the lovely cafes, restaurants and shops in Piper Street), very clean, quick and easy to heat with both a gas fire and ducted heating, and well prepared with items and quality amenities for up to six guests. Very reasonably priced and perfect for our group of 3 friends wanting a bedroom each for a girly weekend away.

Isabella is a fantastic place to stay. The hosts have thought of everything and it is really like a home away from home. Lovely breakfast items provided and amazingly well stocked kitchen. All the homely comforts you could want and need. We would definitely love to stay again. Highly recommend.

Would love to do it again! Issabella warmed our hearts.

I loved the personalized attention to our requirements for breakfast, and the follow up emails that made me feel welcome and attended to. The history of the house is a bonus and makes you feel like you're getting a private tour of another time. The house is beautifully presented and is a little gem of a previous era - like the outside dunny - with modern conveniences - enough not to spoil the ambiance. Very convenient location with additional parking.

I would recommend a small shelf and / or additional hooks next to the bathroom basin for toiletry. bags (we placed ours in the bath as the basin space is quite small)

The breakfast ingredients provided were outstanding. You rarely find breakfast being supplied in rentals of this nature so it was a very nice surprise.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Kyneton. Close to everything and wonderfully set up.

Di is so thoughtful. Things like the very lavish breakfast supplies she leaves robes in the bathroom extra pillows and extra blankets are really thoughtful.

The beds are very hard.

This was a wonderful and beautifully presented house/home. The gardens were fantastic! Every detail was considered. We will definitely stay here again and also recommend to all our friends. Our grandmother, her 8 brothers and her parents lived here in Kyneton in the late 1800's .

Nothing to dislike. Maybe that we only had 3 nights there.😊

The house is quaint and cosy containing many modern appliances. The property owner was terrific and did everything possible to make our stay as wonderful as it could be.

Everything about Isabella is amazing. The owner Diane was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too hard. Her home is spotless and everything you could possibly need has been thought off, down to bandaids, antiseptic cream and bath robes. The breakfast items provided are wonderful along with the fresh fruit. The beds are comfortable and location is superb. I would would recommend this place to anyone intending to go to Kyneton.

Extraordinarily comfortable Victorian cottage

It’s difficult to fault this property. The owners take great pride in making this gorgeous cottage feel like home. They have overlooked nothing! Their thoughtful attention to detail make this cottage feel very special and a wonderful place to rest, regenerate and simply enjoy its many comforts. Situated midway between a state-of-the-art swimming pool and Watts Fresh, a locally owned upmarket fruit and vegetable retailer , it’s my heavenly holiday destination.

Beautiful cottage in the centre of town. Comfortable beds, good heating, plenty of hot water, large rooms, all the comforts of home. Off street parking. Great value for money.

Isabella was a warm welcoming cottage. Absolutely everything you needed was provided. it was a case of unpack & relax, An ideal stay for families, couples & small social groups. It was central for most of the Macedon Ranges especially the woollen mills . Being a knitter/crocheter it was like Alladins cave.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was perfect. within short walking distance to Piper St, botanical gardens and Pubs. Beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast supplies were plentiful.

Perhaps a second bathroom if 6 people were staying but with 2 couples it was not an issue.
