The dining area, seating up to six, overlooks marsh and golf course views. Additional seating for meals can be found at the three bar stools in the kitchen space. The living room area includes a working desk space and large flat screened TV. The sliding glass doors open up to a furnished deck space with serene marsh and golf course views. Also on this floor is the first bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find the Primary bedroom with a comfortable, king sized bed and low country views. A large third room upstairs features a comfortably furnished queen sized and twin sized bed. The upstairs bathroom features a shower, tub combo with a new vanity.
