This wonderful 2BR house was our home base for a two-week stay when we visited for the Big Sugar gravel race. The house was spacious for both of us working remotely and well-equipped for cooking at home. Our dog loved zooming around in the enormous fenced back yard. I normally can’t wait to get home to sleep in my own bed but not this time, the bed and the linens were just perfect! We had some trouble contacting our host and ended up having to check in a day late, but when we did get in touch, she was totally responsive and offered a generous refund for our trouble. I would stay here again and highly recommend the property to anyone.

Perfect space for our stay. We came to ride MTB. Trail access to Back 40 was very close, many route options open up from there. We liked the back porch area with the party lights.

We took notice the property was super clean. We really liked the minimalist look; less clutter, more peace. Backyard was very private, loved the mature trees.

Thoroughly enjoyed your vacation house – very clean, comfortable, and convenient to all Bella Vista amenities. The backyard was great for our little doggie. One afternoon we were caught in a downpour and it was so nice to have the garage access into the house. Being an older couple, we did struggle with the TV set up – used to watching local channels. Other than the TV, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Easy check in and hosts were very accommodating with early check in request. The yard could use a treatment for ticks since the property does allow dogs but great location. Will be a regular here!

Our family stayed here three nights and it was perfect for us! The home was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for the four of us, plus our Yorkie. We cooked several meals there, and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. The yard was large and great for our small dog (and kids) to burn off some energy! During our time in NW Arkansas, we visited several museums, trails, and caves, and this home was centrally located to them all. If we visit NW Arkansas again, we would absolutely stay here.

This place was really great. Close commute to the trails and downtown and all the good places to eat. We were lucky enough to catch the farmers market which was on our top list. Place overall was really quiet and nice. Large backyard for kids to run, and play. Thank you again! We loved our stay.

We had no trouble getting our instructions from Brooke she was very prompt. The description was accurate and the home was clean and well maintained. Next time we are up that way there is no doubt we would book this property again!

Very clean and spacious. Fenced yard was perfect for family and was very happy to be able to being the fur baby with me.

We had a perfect stay on our way back from Texas. House was great for our quick stay and to let our dogs play in the large yard. Would highly recommend.

The booking process was extremely easy and the manager/owner always replied very quickly with any questions. The neighborhood is very peaceful and felt very safe and the backyard is awesome!! Would definitely want to stay here again

We visited Bentonville for a family wedding. The Bella Vista home was in a great location! We enjoyed the easy access to the bike trails from the home and the house was a perfect size for my husband and me, and our two grown children. The No Smoking house smelled like it had recently been smoked in, in fact we found someone’s e-cigarette plugged-in in the kitchen. The house seemed to be surface-clean, but not super clean, the bath mats looked filthy. We never found the remote for the overhead light/fan in the master bedroom, which made getting ready a bit of a challenge. It appeared there was old gum on the sofa cushion, which was a little gross. We were surprised that they didn’t have a towel in the kitchen to dry your hands, only a roll of paper towels. We could have used an extra roll of TP in each of the bathrooms along with a couple extra garbage bags. The lock plate on the front door fell off when we opened the door, and when we tried to reinstall it, we found that the screws were stripped out. The appliances seemed to be new and provided us with plenty of ice. We wish the temperatures had been a little warmer to enjoy the lovely screened in porch. What surprised us most was the day before we were leaving, the housekeeper was sitting outside the home in his car. When we pulled out of the driveway, he pulled in. We backed up and asked if there was anything wrong and he told us he was coming in to clean. It seemed kind of odd asking him to come back tomorrow after checkout. Overall, we would stay at the house again because of its convenience to everything bike related and to Bentonville.

The house is very modern and attractive with everything provided to make for an easy and comfortable stay. We took our two grandchildren and they especially enjoyed the games available. The location is very good to allow easy access to all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer.
