House was great better than expected. Very clean had everything we needed for 3 sr. Fishermen an room to park boat. Owner even supplied extension cord to charge trolling batteries Close to rowena Marina. 3 full size beds that were comfortable. Hope to stay again for future trips.

This rental was very clean and decorated beautifully! Everything you could need was available (toiletries, basic spices, board games, box fans, grill, and so many other little things)! The beds were comfy, the property is beautiful, and the house has an open floor plan with plenty of room! It was cold this week, but we would love to come back and enjoy the property when it’s warmer. Perfect stay! You won’t be disappointed! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I saw two juvenile bucks fighting in the backyard. It was amazing. We went walking on the property to a waterfall it was breathtaking. Definitely will be back.

This cottage has it all. We enjoyed a short walk to the creek with waterfalls, fire pit - would have grilled if the weather allowed. Beautifully furnished.

I have been coming to Lake Cumberland for over 50 years! After staying various other places this was our first year at this home. It delivered beyond my expectations! Sooooo clean and wonderfully decorated and furnished! The kitchen,bathrooms were very well stocked with pretty much anything you needed! Bedrooms roomy and comfortable! And the bathrooms…. Well let’s say I’d like them in my house! The grounds are beautiful and would love to explore them even more. Our Grandsons loved the creek area! The porch swing was my retreat for reading early in the morning . Close proximity to Marina Rowena when we kept our boat for the week. We also are storing our boat at the owners boat storage,which is also the best in the area! We hope to stay here again next year! The were owners extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs! Just a wonderful vacation!

Property was beautiful! The backyard was like a small oasis. The pictures do not do it justice. The inside of the house was beautiful very clean and very spacious.

Awesome place to stay. Inside and outside this place has charm. Hearing the waterfall from the backyard was just the icing on the cake. Property managers are great people. Going to stay again.

Truly the smell of clean is so welcoming when you arrive. Supplies are excellent so we can clean while we are there. A pretty, perfect lake house!

My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The entire house was so clean and beautiful. The thoughtful touches throughout were such a joy and my family and I couldn’t get enough of all the comforts. The house was recently remodeled and so very clean. The amenities were abundant and the multiple outside areas were extremely well done and so nice to enjoy after a long day on the lake. We have stayed at many places all over the nation and this VRBO is at the top of our list. We highly recommend and we will be back!!

This is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Lake Cumberland or the Marina at Rowena! The house is only minutes from the Marina, is spacious with three bedrooms and two full baths, and has a wonderful outdoor living space! The house and property are always very clean and well maintained. The outdoor space includes a large double level deck, and a great fire pit location with night lighting and hammocks! We stay here every chance we get when we're boating at Lake Cumberland!

We're a family of four--pastor, teacher/worship leader, two adult children (7th gr. teacher, freelance writer) who, unlike us for our usual travel goals, wanted a comfortable, unique place to "hole up and do nothing" during Thanksgiving week, restoring from prior and gearing up for next. Oh, my....did we find Heaven this side of earth! I could write a book...let me paint a picture. Around a curve, nestled between Dale Hollow Lake and Lake Cumberland, you will find a MODEL farmhouse restoration...so perfect that we wondered...was it brand new, or was it revived old? EVERYTHING is new...gorgeous color palette...luxury linens, towels, designer furniture (inside and out...plenty of it, and comfortable as well as aesthetically pleasing), fully (I MEAN FULLY) stocked kitchen for preparing anything you want...lighting fixtures that literally light your imagination and want to send you on a quest for you own. Speaking of light...natural light floods in everywhere...you can't help but simply be happy when you experience it. Tubs (one clawfoot--gorgeous new) AND showers...laundry room...plenty of everything: essentials, extras, and then some. Books, games, excellent WIFI, HUGE TVs (though we didn't watch much)...and the most beautiful acreage ever to explore. You will HEAR the "creek" as you arrive...think small river. It is EXQUISITE. I counted SEVEN waterfalls...a major and several minors that coalesce and let your senses just travel in praise to the Creator who made it all. The outside? Hammocks, cornhole, trails, comfy and plentiful outdoor furniture on ground and on deck...TWO grills (brand new...), and the best firepit (S'mores!) that pleads for you to get one. I'm sure you can tell we didn't want to leave, but it's the only way we can come back. Tammy and Joey have entrusted a treasure to us that they are willing to share...and though it's far off the bustle-path (which we wanted), it's also close to wonderful water sports (if the season's right or you're into it) as well as precious little towns, many not terribly far from Amish or Mennonite communities if you want to step back in time. We were enthralled by the little one-room schoolhouse in Albany and the 1892 Forbus General Store just over the border in Pall Mall, TN. You won't want for a thing if you're blessed to stay here, except more time to enjoy it. We prayed over future guests and this precious family...may you be as refreshed as we are now. Proverbs 11:25!

This property was perfect for our stay! The creek and waterfall were absolutely beautiful. The home itself was decorated so pretty. Loved the claw foot tub and all of the decor. We had everything we could have needed during our stay. My teenage boys enjoyed the hammocks and the corn hole. We also loved having the firepit since the nights were so cool, perfect for smores making! It was a great way for us to disconnect and enjoy ourselves as a family. We come this way every year and would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Tammy and Joey for being such wonderful hosts!

This property was a great find!! It's newly renovated and super clean. Honestly the pictures don't do it justice. They did an amazing job finishing and furnishing the house. Now with the backyard work that had been done, it's a wonderful place to stay and relax! We had so much fun hanging out in the hammocks, roasting marshmallows, and playing cornhole. The creek in the side yard was amazing!! The waterfalls are so pretty and just right there. We had a great time at this property in Albany. We would highly recommend it and would love to return sometime!!!
