Excellent communication with property owner and very beautiful place and maintained very well ..

The apartment is outdated, but very clean. The managing office left us a bottle of wine and sun screens/bug repellents, which was a nice touch. The apartment had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Communication with the manager was excellent and our concerns were momentarily addressed.
Some things to keep in mind. Although the apartment is 1 min walk to the beach, the beach is covered in seaweed and there is practically no sand to relax on or have a stroll on. The locals told us that that it has been this way since Maria. We were also warned against swimming as it is too dangerous. We had to drive out to experience beaches.
There is a persistent smell in the smaller bedroom (the one with two twin beds). It is not a foul smell and we couldn’t identify it’s source. The property manager cleaned the AC unit, but it didn’t take care of the smell. My son who used the room didn’t mind it at all, but personally I wouldn’t be able to spend time in that room.
Keep in mind that Beach Village is one of the communities of the Palmas Del Mar. It took about 7-8 minutes to leave the development. The development has a nice and lively (in the evenings) plaza and has everything necessary for groceries and eating out.
Overall, we had a good stay. We used the home as a base and ventured out to different locations. It’s too bad about the beach as I usually have morning beach walks and couldn’t do so here.

Everything was wonderful. Only issue we had was parking which was beyond condo owner’s control.

Much needed Getaway.
Property was in a beautiful location 20 seconds from the beach. Spacious villa, all the amenities one needs, for a great relaxing time. Weather, beach and pool, all outstanding! Wish we could've stayed longer. Thank You Carlo!
