The first bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds, and the third bedroom has double(full) size bed in it. The couch is also a queen sleeper. Our guests also have access to a guest laundry room, guest hot tub, grills, a fire pit, a playground, horse shoe pits, corn hole and volleyball.
