Nestled in Point Loma, this lovely house for £308 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This location doesn't get any better- Old Town restaurants, bars and shops all at your doorstep! Highlights: -stylish and spacious with tall ceilings, 1550sqft -great for large families or small gatherings -free onsite parking (2 spaces) -directly in the middle of Old Town Once you've experienced Old Town, the trolley station is a six minute walk away to explore the rest of San Diego. This house is central and minutes away to beach, zoo, balboa park, downtown, sea world, airport, and more! Enjoy this historical home that has been recently renovated with our guests in mind! All spaces are contained to one spacious main floor. The open space kitchen, living room and dining room are perfect for entertaining. The entire home has a very trendy and stylish vibe to make you feel right at home. This property boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two extra stow-away twin size beds. Each bedroom and main area also has their own AC unit and heating unit for comfort and control. Other things to note: -Since you will be directly in the hustle and bustle of Old Town, please keep in mind that you may experience noise from the streets. This is a very lively area on weekends. -The property has been updated with a big screen smart tv in the living room. No cable, but you can log in to all apps and channels with your personal account. -If you need extra parking (more than the 2 spaces provided) please ask in advance, we may be able to accommodate you. -Please send an inquiry if there is anything you may need for your stay. We may be able to lend some items e.g.: baby items/furniture, kid’s bathtub, foldable wheelchair ramp, use of a washer and dryer, ect.

Great location for our family. The parking was very helpful with a gate. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The house had a great layout for spending family time together. Thank you for a great stay!

Good overall! Plenty of space, central location, nice kitchen. Suggestions: better quality towels—include hand towels and kitchen towels; have warmer blankets available for beds; consider investing in more comfortable furniture in the living room; fix the squeaky fan in the queen bed bathroom; include Saran Wrap in kitchen supplies; and also, find a way to have fresh ventilation in the house—no windows will open on the property. All this said, it was still a good place and Zach was very helpful!!!

What a wonderful place right next to Old Towne that made you feel like you were at home! The house had everything that the 5 of us could possibly need with the most comfortable beds and plenty of space! We stayed on property for three days while exploring Old Towne, USS Midway and other sights! The location was excellent for exploring and relaxing around all Old Towne with other sights a short distance away. The check in and checkout was as easy as it could get, the host was onsite to greet us and help us if we needed anything or had any questions. Would definitely recommend!!!

Highly recommend! I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The house was deceivingly spacious inside and included a well-equipped kitchen. There was more than enough room for myself and five other adults and could easily accommodate more people. The location was perfect- just a short walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Trolley if you’re looking to visit different spots in San Diego. Zach was very responsive and made sure he was available if we needed anything during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Absolutely perfect location. Living room is huge and spacious. We only had 4 people, but could definitely sleep much more. Beds were very comfortable and each room had their own AC, which worked wonderfully! Restaurants and shops of Old Town right around the corner. Lots to explore in Old Town. However, if you want to go to Little Italy, Gaslamp, Coronado, or head back to the airport, everything is a short Uber away. Could not have selected a better location for our San Diego trip.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this property. We didn't need to drive anywhere when it came down to eat. House sits right in the heart of Old Town San Diego. And being so close to Marine Corps took all the stress away from driving too much. I will definitely consider coming back.

This place was located in an area of SD that is just a ten min ride to everything! The location was great and the host was extremely responsive and kind. The house was nice and clean, beautiful and more spacious than you think. The house rules was fair and more liniment than most which I was not used to. I would 100% stay here again!

This home was perfect for our trip to Sea World and the SD Zoo. Quick and easy access to both of those spots. The home was beautiful and spacious for us to hang out at each evening. The kitchen was large and perfect for cooking meals for the family. Even better in person than in the photos, which is always a pleasant surprise!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. Loved having 2 bathrooms with a teenage daughter it’s a must! The kitchen was new and accommodating as well as the lovely upgraded bathrooms. Definitely enough space for all of 4 of us. The location was perfect and I was glad to always have had a dedicated secured parking spot. There are plenty of food options and shopping options nearby. If you’re new to visiting San Diego I think you’ll really love the charm of old town. I would definitely consider staying again.

The house was spacious with comfy beds. Location was amazing...in the heart of old town and minutes from the airport. Zach was a responsive host and easy to work with. Would be perfect if it had a washer/dryer and more storage for clothes because we were in town for 5 days.

We stayed for our sons Bootcamp graduation. Perfect location - close to MCRD and within walking distance for Mexican and Italian restaurants. Super quiet! Parking are is tight but totally doable for 2 cars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended! Easy communication with owners, overall a GREAT stay.

This home worked so well for our group! Jake is a forthcoming and responsive host and we really had no issues. The property is very modern and clean. Three bedrooms with large beds, a sectional couch and two full baths afforded privacy and comfort for our five adults. The beautiful kitchen was well equipped though we did not prepare meals, other than tea (great electric kettle) and toast. The common areas were plenty roomy for playing cards with visiting relatives and watching a movie. It was a bit tricky to find, though directions were clear and the parking gate was not really much of a concern (actually felt like extra security). You are right in the midst of Old Town and a short stroll brings you to excellent restaurants, historical sites and the Marketplace. Only an 8 minute drive to the airport (which we needed to make twice during our stay), and close to major roads, this was a perfect location for us.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s a close walk to beautiful Old Town, and also a quick drive to the airport and other places. My only suggestion is that the A/C unit in the smaller bedroom with the attached bath needs to be repaired. It kept the room cool, but it was very noisy. It was difficult to sleep comfortably. Other than that, great stay!

Great time at this rental - close to all sorts of restaurants and other amenities! we really appreciated the host helping us out with a personal request – they went above and beyond! My only suggestion would be to add to the notes that the entrance is actually on a side street not on Congress.

The house was exactly as advertised in the listing. Very clean and nicely appointed. Zach was easy to work with and all communications were clear and timely. Location was great, tucked away from the action but walkable to many great eateries and shops in Old Town and highway access was quick so everything else was 10-20 minutes away. My only additional comment is that parking, which technically could fit 2 cars, is more easily suited for one car. We had an SUV and there was plenty of space but if anyone had two cars, it would be more difficult to maneuver them in and out. Nonetheless, it was terrific to have an off-street and secure parking spot.

We all generally loved the stay. The property was perfect for my family trip. Located conveniently close to so many top destinations. A short drive to pretty much everything. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in the Old Town neighborhood. The property itself was perfect. The beds were cozy. The kitchen had all the necessary items. The communication with the property manager was great as well. If our travels ever bring us back to San Diego we will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, clean and spacious. Property is gated and you need to get out of car to open and shut it. Kitchen well appointed. Could use more furniture to put belongings and personal stuff in and on. We enjoyed staying here. Owner was great to work with. We needed to change our dates and he happily accomodated us.

I stayed here for a week with some friends on a skate trip and this was the best rental property I've ever stayed in! The location was great, the house was clean and had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive, kind, and helpful. If I ever come back to San Diego I will try to stay here again.
