Our guests will be close to everything when they stay at our centrally-located tiny home. Estero Village is minutes from Coconut Point Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center & Miromar Outlets - with dozens of shopping and dining options. We are also a quick drive to any of the beaches and/or downtown scenes. Guests will receive discounts to the med spa next to our property, The Laser Lounge Spa & Will also receive discounts to the selfie museum across the street, Express YourSelfie. 0.5 miles to Starbucks 10 miles to Bonita Beach 18 miles to Sanibel Island 15 miles to Fort Myers Beach 15 miles to Downtown Fort Myers (Historic River District) 25 miles to Downtown Naples (5th Ave)

The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Great yard for our pets. Easy access to grocery stores and such. Bed was very comfortable in master. Second bedroom was not used so I can't comment on those beds. The house was well stocked. Very cute place! We did incur a smelly water problem, such that we had to provide our own drinking and cooking water. I did alert the owner about the problem.

Lindsey was easy to work with and responsive to all of our needs. Definitely will be staying at her place another time.

We chose this location for a baseball event at Jet Blue stadium. It was a great location. Hot tub was empty and dirty when we arrived. They fixed it within 24 hours. Took another 24 hours to reach temperature. We only got to use it for half of our stay. When we left, they charged me for a broken tv (all tvs were working when we left) and extra messy room (we washed dishes and took out the trash. Towels were on the floor only). Never received check in or check out instructions. I think they gave us these other charges to cover the hot tub maintenance trip. Take videos when you leave this site or they will hit you with additional fees!!!

Grandson going to school at FGSU, very convenient. Host never contacted me nor did they respond to my text. That I did not like. I also left my sound bar. Who do I contact to get that ? Need notes regarding the remotes for the bedrooms.

This is a lovely property that was exactly as described. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom were comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed. The property manager was super quick to respond to our questions during our stay, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting our family.

Could not use all tvs. One remote for whole house.
And the hot tub was not usable.

The house was just like the posting. Very comfortable. Good location. We had plans in Naples and Fort Myers and it was located between the two. I would recommend and would stay here aagain.

Our family traveled to this area to watch our daughter play softball at FGCU - this was a very convenient location for us that was minutes away from the University and restaurants/shopping.

Communication from host was excellent and always timely. Upon arrival the home was ready. It was very clean. Great location with easy access to area business. Farmers market was awesome.

I was really pleased with the property. Everything was very clean and it had everything I needed. I stayed for three nights and never heard any noise from the surrounding neighborhood.

My husband, two teenage kids and I were very impressed by how clean this home was and the cute decorating touches. Everything worked well and even though we were near other homes, a church and a busy street it was completely quite once we were inside. We loved the screened in porch out front and lounge furniture on the back patio. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom shower and sink weren't the best but that was our only issue We would definitely stay here again.

The house was cute and very clean. we put towels in tub in error, sorry
We were not to happy with the outside in the backyard area. The fence was down (not cool) and there was a camera back there (also not cool). I would guess to say most people would not want to be watched especially when in hot tub. Not impressed with that at all. Sorry!

Small touches of toiletries and laundry detergent and fabric softener greeted us. This property owner has a beautiful place that was fairly priced and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only thing missing was extra toilet paper. We will definitely be planning another trip to this home. ** On a side note this unit only has one bathroom so be prepared to share!
