The property for a large family is superb. The location is excellent, and responsiveness of owner was fast. There were some issues with ants coming into the kitchen and a bathroom, due in part to the cleaning crew leaving food residue on counters. The owner was responsive but we had a bit of rain, which may have increased the problem. They found the nest the day before we left, and if not for some early issues with food residue left behind and the ants, I would rate this 5 stars. The property and the responsiveness of the owner when we contacted him were first-rate.
