This elegant building is in a professional and residential environment. We are right across the street from a beautiful huge park with walking distance to Lark Street with great food, bars, shops, museums, state capital and culture. We will always be available to answer all of your questions and or needs. We do not live at the property and are about 15 minutes away but always a text or call away. We check messages frequently but please read check-in instructions before you arrive and reach out to us in advance to ask questions. We just want to run a clean, quiet beautiful place for you and others to enjoy so please see below; (1) 10pm is building Quiet Time Please (2) Pets are not allowed (Sorry even service pets due to allergies) (3) Absolutely No Smoking, vaping or candles in the apartment (4) ***Absolutely No Parties/Events/Kickbacks or loud events (5) Check in is at 3:00PM and Check out is 11:00AM VERY IMPORTANT!! ((PARKING PLEASE READ)) Easy parking in front of the building between 8:00AM-6:00PM Mon-Fri and after 6PM you can park all night. Saturday & Sunday NO restrictions apply and park out front all day. During the weekdays 8AM-6PM if you park out front you just need to move it after 2 hours. You can also park directly across the street in the park which normally has plenty or parking. At 6pm you can move it back in front of the building if you'd like but make sure to move it in the morning before the meter attendants come around. Also directly behind the building is parking. Lastly, paid long term parking lot available at 327 Washington Ave.
