As a family with tall people we are limited in our choices for places to stay. This place hit it out of the park! One king and 2 queens... spacious, updated and clean.... nicely stocked with incidentals too. We had a question while there and the host was wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend!

Where to start. This home was perfect for our family vacation to Williams. Great back patio, fully stocked kitchen, large living room with TV and gas fireplace. They even had a pack and play (which I was not expecting).
You cant go wrong with this home.

The location is convenient and the house was wonderful. Easy access to Williams, the Grand Canyon and Sonoma. Would definitely recommend if looking to stay in the area.

My sisters and daughter and I visited Williams AZ to see another family member. The home was beautiful and everything was just as advertised.
We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets, sitting outside inside beside the fire pit.
The home included things a home would (trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, frying pans etc).
The weekend flew by. If we visit the area again, we would certainly reserve this home again.

Absolutely perfect house for multiple couples to stay. We had three adult couples and two older children and everything worked perfectly. It was a quick, easy drive to the supermarket for supplies, and the house was extraordinarily well provided with basic supplies and even some unexpected things that we did not have to get our self. Absolutely recommend without reservation.

Beautiful new house in a nice neighborhood close to town. When we arrived, though, one of the side gates was left wide open. (The house has gates on both sides) I never let my dog loose in a rental until I’ve checked for issues inside and out so it wasn’t a problem for us. The backyard is filled with weeds and previous renters with dogs didn’t clean up. I ended up cleaning up a few areas. We spent our time on the deck but disappointed the yard wasn’t usable for our dog to run around in.

We can’t thank James enough. He far exceeded our expectations. His home was clean and so incredibly well stocked. James is great at communicating. We had a relaxing, fun and wonderful adventure. Thank you James. You’re a great host.

My husband and I took our grandchildren to Williams to celebrate the Fourth of July. The property was perfect and location and also the property size. We can’t wait to go back to make more memories.

Wow! This home was amazing! So clean and comfortable. It was close to shopping and restaurants, as well as attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at many vacation homes. This was one of the best. Location was perfect. Very relaxing to sit on back deck. It had everything thing that we needed for a terrific stay. We plan on returning soon

Very nice property, well equipped and clean. All nice things to say, but 4-foot-tall weeds in the yard needs to be cut.

What a great house in family friendly neighborhood!
We had a great time, the house is basically new in a very nice golf course community. The Elephant Rocks GC was in great condition as well. Nice large deck as well, we will be back!

Awesome house with awesome locations
We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous house just outside of Williams Arizona... The house had everything that we needed and plenty of space for our family to relax and get away from each other a little bit on vacation.... The proximity to town but still having some remoteness was wonderful also... The views of the mountains in the background also added to the ambiance... I would definitely recommend this location for anybody to vacation at and to hope to be able to do so again in the future.... Thank you!

Nice property. Cooking pans need an upgrade, problem with the dishwasher and the back deck was dirty. Nice towels and linens. Very peaceful location

The house is very new and modern. There was plenty of room to spread out. Everything was on one level. The deck was wonderful and had a fire pit. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Family Spot
Fantastic property!- Clean and Bright- very comfy & large beds- HUGE TV's - Brand new furnishings/appliances - Kitchen well stocked Keurig coffees along w/all essentials & wares. Has it all for a bigger family, small group. A nice quiet neighborhood w/easy access from Hwy. Would definately come back!

Perfect Vacation Rental
This place was wonderful....honestly, could not have been more perfect. The location, the house itself, and the owners were super nice and accommodating. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The house was beautiful, warm, cozy and the views were lovely. We didn't realize there was a lake within walking distance as well. We loved our stay!
