(4 Total, but no more!) Great views from the large windows and steps away to all kinds of restaurants, the best in Cleveland! Enjoy Streaming TV on both 4K TV's including the 55inch in the Living Room! There are no laundry units in the unit, but there are card operated laundry units in the building for a fee per load. Condo does not have its own parking but nice well lit parking is available across the street and visible from our unit. As this is a condo building with other residents, we ask you to please be courteous to others and respect their privacy Enjoy being walkable to most things Cleveland including all the sporting arenas! 4K Streaming TV's Very comfortable Queen Bed Safe and Quiet Condo Laundry room available on the floor (Not in the unit and pay per use) Save more if you'll book for longer stays! PARKING: There is a small lot at the rear of the building between W 4th and W 6th and is simply called the W 6th lot. The Rear Lot has a kiosk as well as an automated machine. There are a total of 2 parking areas directly adjacent to the Arcade - Parking could be an issue during special events. There is also construction demands effecting parking so Parking availability and pricing is never guaranteed and no re-entry! Be aware Downtown Parking is an issue and not cheap! best to Uber from the airport! It will help us better prepare for your reservation. ✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. My son stayed for a full month and I periodically visited, The apartment is modern and well equipped. The furnishings are good and the property management is extraordinarily responsive. I mentioned in passing there was not a toaster and within a couple days a new one was delivered. This apartment rivals any downtown hotel for convenience and value. The location was perfect as my son was working at the aquarium. He could easily walk anywhere and take advantage of downtown. While downtown Cleveland overall still leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion, the apartment is in the best area of downtown and is safe. Checkin was a breeze and the website has the renter manual with all the appropriate info. If I were forced to have a complaint it would be that they don’t recycle…everything goes in the trash but would love if the building offered some recycling options. I will consider this apartment for sure in the future and certainly in lieu of a hotel. I highly recommend and it is exactly as advertised.

I love the apartment it was clean. It looked just like the pictures. The building was quiet for good night sleep. I love how there was a lot to do in the area and a lot of places were conveniently close.

I can’t say enough about this place! Perfect location right in the middle of downtown, so cute, so comfy and most of all CLEAN! Owners are SUPER accommodating and communicative! I never leave reviews but this deserves it!! Will be coming back!

We loved the location. Parked our car and walked everywhere as there is a lot to do in downtown Cleveland. The place was well appointed and very comfortable.

Place was very clean and communication with the owner was great!! It was a short walk or Uber ride to everything Cleveland has to offer! Would definitely stay again.

We were in Cleveland to attend a wedding in “The Flats” and added a few days to explore the area. Check in was quite confusing - I received a text/email with the access code to gain entry into the condo. I did not receive an email or text with the code to the front door - I did call the number in the VRBO listing and after a few tries we were able to gain entry - though - you only have 30-45 seconds to get through the second door which would have been great information to know while struggling with suitcases etc. The condo was very clean and modern. The kitchen/livingroom area is spacious. The kitchen was well equipped but only supplied 2 tea towels and a sponge. The bedroom and bathroom is located in a “loft” type area - you have 3 stairs to climb. The condo overlooks a parking lot and the Cuyahoga County Jail. Upon check-in we each had 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth. Our stay was 6 nights and 7 days - I called and asked for extra towels only to be told that their policy allows 1 set of towels per per person - I’d bring extra!! The listing reads a washer/dryer as an amenity - however - the washer and dryer is not in the condo but beside the elevator and you’ll need to purchase a card plus laundry soap and softener in order to use the appliances.
